I've had a bad experience. Towed my car to the shop after an engine problem. Turned out the engine needed to be replaced and they did the service. Ever since that the light on the panel for the engine has been on reading a few different problems on the computer. After several trips to the shop to have it checked or fixed or sensor changed, no success. Since the repair, the engine hasn't been good to pass a smog test. Got it checked by a second repair shop that reports the problem being originated from a wear and tear problem in the engine they sold me. All the visits, investment and repairs weren't quite capable to fix the issue. read more

Complete rip off. I had my car towed to the shop because the first place I took it to did not do major repairs. After talking to a few people and even Jose, the owner of this shop; I was told that he was 90% sure it would be my head gasket. Took him over a day to check my car out, and then was told it was only my radiator. I picked up my car 2 days later. Drove it home and it wouldn't turn on after the initial drive home. Had to call another mechanic who took over 3 hours going through the entire motor and everything else under the hood. Turned out my Head Gasket was blown and because I drove it home still messed up, I blew a couple hoses. Called Jose and he gave me the run around. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. Should never have given me my car back if there were still problems. read more

So I bought a 2001 mercury grand marquis from a private seller and never got a pre-inspect cause I'm smart like that. And the only issue I knew of was the car can only start on neutral. So these guys found a small leak under the car (which they re-sealed), oil change, and found a wiring issue which affected my shift and brake lights! My car starts like a normal car now. I WILL be returning. The only thing is they do not give you a statement for everything that was done with the car (I write it down in the car's maintenance manual anyway).
