I was on vacation in Milan and decided to ship some items to myself to save on luggage fees. I speak very little Italian, but Eleonora spoke amazing English and was able to help me with the shipping process. She guided me through the forms that were in Italian and even offered to let me email her a picture of my passport later on that day because I forgot it at the hotel. Eleonora emailed me confirmation she received my pas sport picture and let me know I would receive my shipping confirmation by the end of the day.
