The customer service I got from the staff was fantastic. Even though she was dealing with 4 people, 2 couriers and my international send. She went above and beyond in making sure my parcel got back home in time for Christmas. She told me what I needed to bring in and what I could not send, working out different costs for me and also suggested that she could open up the shop early for me so she could give all her attention to me. I would like to say a massive thank you to Cherie you are fantastic.

Chris Breeze's removals Company helped my Mum move house in Sept 2011…read more I tried to check reviews of his Company before we booked him, as it is such an important job we wanted to make sure we booked the right guy. I couldn't find a single review, but Mum liked his manner, and the quote seemed reasonable, so we booked him. On the day, he was outstanding. I honestly can't recommend his Company highly enough. He had a small team of experienced guys with him, he was on time, had plenty of space in the lorry, was very careful with all of our stuff, and very efficient. He just made the whole day run smoothly. To add further value, he has a lovely way about him, which is just what you need in the middle of the bedlam of moving day. Nothing phased him, nothing was a problem. Simply brilliant. I would recommend anyone to use his Company. He was a god send.- Thanks Mr Breeze!

Ahh Print Bots. You total Legends…read more As per Dan G's review, we needed some custom printing done for our upcoming nuptials and wanted to (ideally) keep it local. As we had done some business with them for our community market (flyers), we knew these guys did great quality work and were based just down the road in Digbeth. After Dan had done the digital designs, we had a mooch on the website to check out the prices. We found them to be highly competitive with other online retailers and were sold on their cute branding and good ethos. As well as the items we needed they offer many other services (such as stickers, posters and business cards). We didn't need the items in a major hurry, so just selected their standard service for our needs. After Dan had uploaded the designs to site and selected our items, we were good to go! As all the payment and process was based through their website; we were saved the hassle of having to go down to the Custard Factory to drop anything off. The items were printed and we were notified to collect within a couple of days. You can select delivery for a small fee, but as we're always in and out of the City Dan opted for collection (which is free). The items are totally spot on. All of the materials were fantastic quality and communication, ordering and delivery was a total breeze. Add this in to their competitive pricing and you have a company I would 100% recommend to anyone needing professional printing.

The range of printing they offer is what you would expect from a company of its ilk, but the enivironmentally friendly recycled options demonstrate this is a self-aware business operating in the noughties. Repeat business has been sent their way, and each time the company has delivered whether the job was mass mail-out cards, posters or super-swanky business cards; each time, the results have been nothing short of perfect, with the team delivering what was required in an efficient and timely manner (turn-around is pretty quick, 2-3 days). As well as this, the staff are all very personable, both polite and down-to-earth over the phone and coming across as quite a young team, heads firmly screwed on. Definitely a printing company to go for - the business I work for is located in Dudley, so there are a number of printers we could go for in much closer distance, but Print Bots is the one!
