We recently closed on our home in February. I called MaidPro (on a friend's recommendation) to clean our almost-empty home with a few pieces of furniture that was left for us. I was finally able to get an appointment at the beginning of March. In addition to being late, (while I was at work), they also did NOT clean my home. They called me at work asking for an additional hour to get the job done. I agreed because I thought they would be cleaning the house from head-to-toe. I was wrong.
When I got home, I saw that my blinds were not dusted, dirt on the floor, windows still dirty, and animal/human hair from the last owner in the house. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the representative admitted that they didn't clean the upstairs because they didn't have time and it was too much of a job. First of all, I called them because I needed the whole house cleaned (which I expressed when I scheduled my appointments). Why would they send someone to not complete the job?
The representative was very nice but kept asking to call me back after speaking with her supervisor. After several follow-up calls like that, she said her supervisor was going to call me back, which never happened. They charged my credit card, and I never heard back from them since. I have never felt so deceived and unsatisfied with a cleaning service in my life and will never recommend them to anyone who needs a reputable home cleaning service. read more
