My experience with MaidPro was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. My initial communication with Amber was unacceptable. She scheduled only one cleaner for a 1,500 sq. ft. home with a 3-hour window--an obviously unrealistic expectation. As a result, the job could not be completed, and instead of management taking responsibility, the cleaner (Bianca) was left to inform me that a second appointment would be required. A follow-up cleaning was scheduled for Tuesday, and I was told Carly would complete the job at an additional $40 per hour. I made multiple attempts to contact Amber to confirm both the appointment and pricing, but she never responded. There was also no acknowledgment or apology for the initial incomplete service. On Tuesday, Carly did not show up. Instead, a different cleaner (Danielle) arrived, and once again, the job was not completed--my master bathroom was left dirty. Billing practices were equally unacceptable. I was charged $179 for the initial cleaning and provided a $40 cash tip. After the second visit, I was then charged an additional $118 without any prior notice or authorization. When I contacted MaidPro for clarification, I was told this charge included travel fees and additional time billed at $48 per hour--rates that were never clearly communicated beforehand. The only positive aspect of this experience was Bianca, who did a good job with the time she was given. However, the overall lack of communication, failure to deliver promised service, and unexpected charges reflect extremely poor management. I would not recommend MaidPro to anyone. This entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and avoidable with basic communication and transparency read more

We recently hired MaidPro Port Richey for a move-out cleaning of our rental house, which we had lived in for five years. With all our furniture gone, we realized just how much goes unnoticed in regular cleaning. We reached out to several companies, but MaidPro stood out not only for their competitive and affordable pricing but also for their excellent customer service. Amber was incredibly polite and a great communicator, which was a huge relief. It was refreshing to work with someone who spoke English fluently and understood our needs clearly. When we returned to the house after the cleaning, we were amazed at the transformation. The crew's attention to detail was impressive--they left no corner untouched and made the place look immaculate. I highly recommend Amber and MaidPro Port Richey for anyone in need of top-notch cleaning services. Their professionalism and thoroughness truly exceeded our expectations. read more

Another five-star cleaning from Bianca and Jasmine! What stands out to us is how consistently they take such good care of our home. They notice the little things, clean thoroughly rather than simply going through the motions, and are always careful with our belongings. Everything looks and feels noticeably fresh when they're finished, and we never have to worry about things being moved around or left out of place. They're dependable, friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in the work they do. We genuinely appreciate having Bianca and Jasmine take care of our home each month. Thank you both for another fantastic job! read more
