We've used them several times. In general, they are decent, better than some of the other cleaning service we tried. I especially like they would call you after the cleaning to confirm the amount of the charge, also giving you a chance to provide feedback over the phone. I wish their teams have been more consistent. But I guess it's hard to keep good cleaners--many of them would open up their own cleaning business. read more

Hired them for a move out clean. After their first visit I called and sent over a dozen pictures showing how poorly it was done. They sent someone else the following week and it still was not done correctly. Which left me scrubbing sinks and toilets and sweeping cobwebs just before meeting with a realtor. The service rep was very kind and discounted the rate a little ...but i would've much rather had the service I paid for done correctly. read more

Only giving 2 stars because the employees were all nice, but the service was crappy and way overpriced for the lackluster cleaning I received. I was misinformed when I booked. I was told an oven clean would be included in price but it was *not* included, I was then told it was an extra charge and the employees that arrived to clean didn't even have the necessary supplies to clean the oven. There was dust still on surfaces/corners when the employees left after cleaning. Also pretty sure they didn't move anything even small (like dining room chairs, stools) to clean the floors. I would suggest finding a private cleaner instead of maid pro if your want quality service and a decent price. read more

I wish there were other reviews for this service before I hired this company. The two house cleaners were very nice, but the cleaning was average. The cleaning products they used just didn't get the job done. Yes, the house was in need of a deep clean. They spent 5 hours in my home and charged extra. So they were paid extra for mediocre work. One of the house cleaners spent over an hour on the glass door in our shower, and it still had hard water stains! The other house cleaner stood on our bed in her shoes to clean our ceiling fan. The worst part of it all is when the house cleaners plugged in THEIR vacuum cleaner, our electrical socket caught on fire! We gave the owners over 5 months to send someone, of their choosing, to repair the socket. They came out one time, took pictures and we never heard back from them. We had the socket repaired and sent the owners the invoice. Their response was they would not cover the damage because we waited 5 months, and we did not continue with bi-weekly cleanings. Of course we did not continue with bi-weekly cleanings, because we were expecting the socket repair first! They did not stand by their word to have it repaired, but wanted us to enter into an agreement for additional cleanings. This company is THE WORST! Keep looking for another provider. read more

Recently moved to Savannah and we had used MaidPro back in our old home. Scheduling was easy, we receive timely service reminders, and everyone on the phone is incredibly kind and pleasant to talk with. The maids themselves almost always arrive within their time window, and the few times they did not I was called by the office as quickly as possible to let me know of the circumstances. Our cleans are thorough and fast, and that's saying something as we have had different teams of maids perform the clean. MaidPro is a testament to good service and good customer service. read more

After reading the other Yelp reviews I was reluctant to post this...however I WOULD recommend the MaidPro team that did our second cleaning. Following our deep cleaning...which did cost extra...., the main portion of our home looked and smelled amazing...however upon closer inspection we realized that our addition to the home...our den...had not been thoroughly cleaned. I emailed Amanda and she contacted me the very next day to send a team out to finish the job. That team also did our second scheduled cleaning and did an amazing job! They do cost about $50 more per visit than our previous cleaning service but the second team was well worth the cost. read more

This service was terrible. Extremely friendly, but terrible. MaidPro has a 49-point checklist that the cleaners are supposed to use, but upon reviewing the checklist after the cleaning, close to 49 points were missed. Our condo was completely empty. All they had to do was clean the floors, wipe the baseboards, wipe the appliances, etc. there were no beds to make, lamps to dust, trash to be taken out, yet the cleaners failed to complete even the most basic tasks on the checklist. On top of that it takes more than a day and a half for anyone to call back. It was over a week before I could even speak to anyone. Hopefully other MaidPro franchises are better than this one, but I will not be using this service again. read more

I wish there was an option to click negative stars because that was the quality of service and support I received from MaidPro in Pooler, GA. Like Jet and Meghan I had a horrible experience with MaidPro. I was moving into an empty house and they had nothing to work around but still did a sub-par job. I took the option for them to clean the range and refrigerator and neither of them were touched. They called after being in my house for two-hours and said it would take an additional 4 hours to clean. The one maid explained how the shower alone took 2 hours which I can't even comprehend how it could take that long. I denied the extra time and explained to them to skip vacuuming (since the carpets were just shampooed) but they wasted their time doing it anyways when they could have been cleaning my appliances! I called and complained and they sent two people out to do a quality check on my house. The two individuals performing the quality check agreed with my dissatisfaction and couldn't believe how bad the job had been done. I was told the maids incurred some disciplinary action because of their work. After the quality check the employees said they would be in contact that afternoon, which never happened. I made multiple calls, emails, and filled out the surveys on line with no real help. Rodney, the owner, finally responded to an email that said, "It was explained to me by my manager and Susan that we had done all we could to resolve your complaint. We consider the case closed." Susan and Rodney at the MaidPro in Pooler, GA need to have their franchising license pulled. I work in retail as well and you don't gain customers by treating them in this manner. I wasn't asking for anything crazy, just a reduction in the total cost, like the $50 extra I paid to have my appliances cleaned. I hope this message turns people away from MaidPro, and to think, if they would have just DONE THE RIGHT THING, they may have saved a potential customer who needs cleaning services performed at his nine retail stores in the Pooler area. read more

We've been using Maid Pro for the last few months and no bad issues to report. The same woman came every time and did a great job. Didn't really ever have to deal with the office personnel until today. I spoke with Erin, who said she was the operations manager. She was so nice and helpful, taking the time to talk about each room in our room to make sure it was being cleaned the way we want it to be cleaned. I am HUGE on customer service, so that conversation made me really happy with our choice to use the company. read more

MaidPro - worst service I have received in years (in any industry)! I ended up paying around $250 for my 1200 sq ft town home. When I came home only the fridge, oven and downstairs bathroom (1 out of 3 bathrooms total) were cleaned out of the ENTIRE house (empty house). The carpets weren't even vacuumed, kitchen wasn't cleaned - entire upstairs went untouched. The lady I worked with tried to charge me EVEN more for them to come back out and finish the job. I was in the middle of moving to our new home and getting the town house ready for our tenant. I never got the job finished or my money back. I'm sure there is ANYWHERE else you can use that would do a better job. Trust my review please. NIGHTMARE. I ended up having to clean the house myself instead of enjoying moving into our brand new home. Horrible customer service as well. read more

I WOULD NEVER USE MAIDPRO POOLER AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO A FRIEND. HECK, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO AN ENEMY. IT WAS THAT KIND OF BAD. In other words, similarly terrible experience as the other reviewer, only worse: - Showed up over an hour late (meaning that I was late to work). Cleaner did not call to let me know, and dispatcher did not answer calls from me asking where they were. - Only one worker, not the two that were promised, showed up. - Immediately after I left, cleaner somehow locked herself out of the house but locked all of her cleaning supplies inside. I had to come back to let her in. Dispatcher who called me didn't apologize. - This was a "move out" clean, meaning house was completely empty. As the other reviewer experienced, cleaner missed basic tasks on the widely-touted "49 point checklist" and informed me that basic move-out tasks like wiping down appliances would cost extra. - Despite not doing a thorough job, cleaner somehow managed to take the entire five-hour maximum time window that I had been quoted on the phone. When I returned to the house to check on her after five hours, I found her struggling to reattach a window screen that she had accidentally knocked out (and bent in the process). She informed me that she might need extra time, given that she now had to fix the window screen (!). - After the screen incident, I asked her to pack up and leave. I called the dispatch and inquired how much I would be charged, considering the time the was locked out of the house, the window screen, etc. Dispatcher informed me that no charge would be submitted until the cleaner reported back to the office that day, and that the dispatcher would then call me with a total. I specifically instructed them not to charge my credit card without my authorization; the dispatcher promised me that they wouldn't -- and that she was "making a note on my account" to that effect. - Yesterday, my credit card was charged (1) without my authorization, and (2) more than I was originally quoted. (And yes, I will be disputing the charge.) read more

With a name like Maid Pro one would think you'd be getting professionals to clean your home.My experience was anything but that.I spent two days this past week 6.5 hrs at the least trying to get my home cleaned for what was supposed to be a four hour job done . One day was a return to fix what was not done satisfactorily and finish the rest of what I had originally paid to have done.One of the gals who came the first day said she had told the manager Amanda that she was not ready to come by herself to clean , it was clear she was right!! After two days on a one day job I just gave up trying to get the job done right with this company.Each day the cleaners had to leave to go pick up kids before the job was completed .Bathroom garbage cans and bathroom appliances not cleaned, floor boards not cleaned, blinds half cleaned, silk plants half cleaned, stove glass doors had to be redone, bathroom stalls not cleaned satisfactorily.The manager /owner had excuses for everything.My kids gave me gift certificate and I hoped to continue with this company.I feel some of their money was wasted and my time certainly was.I basically got tired of dealing with them instead of feeling like the job was done right. It should not take a three days to get this job done.I told the manager it had been enough dealing with this and she was fine with that, so much for wanting every customer satisfied.They seem to be happy with saying you have 24 hrs to get something redone you are unhappy with.What ever happened to having the goal of doing right the first time! Who has time to have someone coming repeatedly to do the same job! If I kept going it would be 3 days of dealing with the same cleaning job .Who wants to babysit people who are supposed to be professionals at their jobs!
