Nice touches here there and everywhere they do a good job. my costs were just under $400 for two bedrooms two baths two great rooms a kitchen with an eating nook and severe neglect dust wise because another family was living here from Helene until December because they had nowhere else to live so it was a cluttered disaster and thereafter surgery was in the plans so it needed cleaning and these gals did a great job. At the appointment time they didn't show. They didn't call, text, or email to let me know what was going on. I had to follow up. I tried rescheduling again and they were not agreeable. I finally asked for a refund and they refused. They charge extra for having pets yet don't clean the dog hair. They came every other week for a little while after receiving a "deep clean". They didn't deep clean, they didn't even wipe down the base boards! I definitely don't recommend. They are way too expensive for the horrible service they provide. Scheduling was a nightmare. I scheduled each cleaning around my schedule and what worked for my family. Each week they asked me if they could show up hours early. I expressed to them that coming early every time did not work for me and my family. They agreed, then that same day they still showed up hours early demanding to clean my home. After I told them no!
