We had this company come clean our house windows back in November of 2022. After they cleaned our…read morewindows we noticed circular scratches in a few of our windows. We told the guy while he was here and he said we would need to talk to the boss. The boss didn't want to hear it. He kept saying "we don't scratch windows." They also said they had just come from a construction site. He got on the phone with my husband and was very belligerent. After he calmed down, he said he would come look at the windows on a sunny day. He has yet to come look at the windows. I have texted his number several times and have gotten no response. He is not very professional in my opinion. I don't know how you can say you don't scratch windows when there is a first time for everything and you had just come from a construction site and your tools were probably dirty. After reading his response, I reiterate how unprofessional he is.

I left an extensive message about heavily soiled areas and some traffic wear, there was no reason for re-stretching, but pre-treatment of the heavily soiled areas would be nessescary. I indicated that there was one bedroom with no bed but bags that needed to be moved, and that and a second bedroom had bi-fold closet doors with shoe boxes that need be removed. I also requested scotchgard treatment after cleaning. I gave him a total estimated area and was given a quote. When he arrived about 5:30 he said that that was not at all what he expected and he was not a mover there were some red spots which he thought were blood but, I told him they were either red jello or strawberry shortcake juice. He did not get them. He vacuumed all areas before beginning while I moved as much as I could, but as I am 72 on oxygen 100% of the time and cannot bend at the knees due to a hip replacement and a Knee Scope. He was in a hurry to leave and toward the end didn't get some of the regular dirt in the great room like under a chair into the utility room even tho I opened the door to allow access and between the great room and the vinyl kitchen. He did not scotchguard, as he said it would set the red stains. Suggested new carpeting. Charged $120 no receipt and gave me a small bottle of his spot treatment, and rushed out to his mad wife,

The paint began popping, cracking & falling off 1/06/22 when I noticed it & sent him video , after 2 yrs & 4 months , in May of 2024 of trying to get the owner SpiroFrangakis , who stated he would ," make things right " my home has now began to dry rot & mold ! This person has totally avoided all my calls and messages. I would highly recommend to not trust your home with Jimmy's Painting. The 2 people who commented below Crista & Georgia are his wife and Mother in law The Pics and video do NOT lie .The video of the entire side of my home was BRAND NEW CEDAR WOOD & the fireplace was as well completely newly done & had to be completely ripped out and redone due to this company's negligence .
