I do not recommend this company to anyone. No move outs, no empty houses, nothing…read more Some things to consider: 1. They failed to show with no notice even after they require a 48 hour cancellation notice on the part of the customer. They send multiple emails and texts reminding their customers of their cancellation policy and the need to meet their cleaners. This has happened to me. It is also happened to a dear friend that I sent as a referral. They will not apologize. 2. They promised a team of cleaners. The one employee who did show was wonderful. 3. The first couple of times service went well . The last couple of times only one cleaner was available and my home was not thoroughly cleaned. I still have dusty ceiling fans and light fixtures. They also did not move or vacuum under anything. Yes, even if it seen - think under a kitchen chair. 3. Management is unresponsive at best and unconcerned. I waited around for two hours expecting my cleaners (I received two reminder texts, informing me that I would incur cancellation charges). Keep in mind. I was running a few minutes behind so my cleaners left. I received no phone call. I finally called them. No apology. No explanation. I got a callback saying we will reschedule you. That was it. I cannot recommend this company due to ongoing reliability and communication issues. I originally scheduled service with the expectation of two cleaners, but in recent visits only one person has been sent. The cleaner herself is excellent--professional, hardworking, and doing her best--but one person cannot reasonably complete the full scope of work. As a result, items like ceiling fans, light fixtures, and floors under kitchen chairs have consistently been missed. Most recently, my scheduled appointment was missed entirely with no notice. After waiting two hours, I called and was only offered a reschedule, with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Communication has also been difficult. Calls to the numbers listed on their website often go unanswered, and return calls have come from unlisted numbers that are not clearly associated with the business, making it hard to reliably reach them. For context, when I was once about 20 minutes late and unable to reach anyone by phone, the cleaners had already left and I was initially told I would still be charged. After my complaint, they offered a 1x reschedule but did not provide a consistent form of communication. gave this company multiple chances, but between missed appointments, inconsistent staffing, and poor communication, the service has not been dependable.

I have to say, while we agreed for them to only do the baseboards, they were also dusting in certain areas! Truly and I mean this, truly a great pair .

We searched for a well-reviewed upholstery cleaner on Yelp, and phoned Reggie, company…read morerepresentative, regarding pricing and to discuss his company's professional approach. The service call with Reggie and the cleaner, Phil, a skilled service professional, it was the representation of a first-rate operation. We have had carpets and upholstery cleaned many times over the last 43 years of home ownership, and we must say that All Star Chem-Dry service rates among the best, if not the very best. Phil, our designated cleaner, sent a reminder of when he was scheduled to arrive an hour ahead of time and sent a message letting us know of his arrival. He was friendly and personable but also efficient in setup and work. He worked tirelessly for over two hours. There were a few stubborn clay stains from our pet's paws that Phil deep-cleaned repeatedly until they disappeared. In addition, the price estimate was "spot on." Once Phil arrived, the items to be cleaned were given an up-close exam and a final price for cleaning. I liked knowing what the final bill was going to be before Phil began cleaning. Well, it's done, now -- and our family room is simply beautiful -- and the living space smells especially fresh and clean. We thank you. [First visit charge: Approximately $360] Update! About a week after Phil cleaned our furniture so beautifully, our dog ran in from outside with a muddy paw and messed up a corner of one cushion. Phil returned to clean the spot and, within 15 minutes, removed the spot and sold me some of their special cleaner he used. Remarkable! We are totally satisfied with this company. [Second visit charge: $30]

Lindsey was very personable on the phone and genuinely wanted to know my specific cleaning concerns and needs so she could hatch an effective plan. She and her daughter got to work running laundry, changing sheets and towels and cleaning things my past cleaning company had been neglecting for months(years?) I can attest that our home has never looked or smelled better. I was so impressed I immediately booked her for 2 more visits with plans to be on her regular schedule. in this day and age you truly get what you pay for (except maybe gas LOL) and Lindsey and her daughter are worth every penny.
