Exceptional Care, Compassion, and Professionalism…read more We had an outstanding experience at this clinic, and I can't recommend it highly enough--especially for families with special needs. Dr. Akbar Umar was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time meeting him, and from the very beginning, he displayed a calm, gentle, and compassionate demeanor. He never made us feel rushed and truly took the time to get to know my son, who has severe autism. His patience, understanding, and attentiveness made a world of difference for our family. It's rare to find a physician who combines clinical excellence with such genuine kindness. Special recognition also goes to MA Cynthia, who was equally amazing. She was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the visit. Her approach made the experience smooth and comforting, especially for my son. Lastly, the front desk ladies deserve major praise. They were efficient, friendly, and very organized during both check-in and check-out. The entire clinic--from the waiting area to the exam room--was clean, tidy, and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. This clinic truly understands patient-centered care. If you're looking for a healthcare team that is respectful, accommodating, and genuinely caring, this is the place to go. We are very grateful and will definitely continue our care here

It was really bad since my old doctor who I had forever didn't know anyone in the new Western Health system. I had to look on my own to pick a new doctor. Start of the visit went well enough she let me know right away that she can handle my meds for me. She was willing to give me a bridge Rx for my pain meds while I found a pain specialist. Well, by the end of the visit she said she wouldn't give me the bridge script because "I don't prescribe narcotics for any reason." WTF, she literally told me that she would help until I found a pain specialist. I have been going to a pain doctor for three years. They can see from my records is that I have been on the same dose this whole time. I haven't been fishing for more. All of my UIs have come back clean. Honestly I am a model patient. Then, they never sent the referral to the pain doctor she personally recommended me to!!! Maybe she is OK if you sprain your ankle but if you have serious health issues and chronic pain like me find someone else. She Will trivialize your pain while patronizing you the whole time. I had a hard time navigating the new insurance system and I was convinced I'd not be able to find a doctor comparable to the amazing doctor I had at Kaiser. I found Dr. Sachdeva on Yelp. I thought all the positive reviews must be a gimmick, but I thought I'd check her out, especially because she used to be a Kaiser MD. I'm so glad I did. Dr. Sachdeva listens like she really cares. Once you get to know her, she remembers details about your life and family, and that's rare. I suffer with chronic health conditions and am often skeptical of physicians, so it can take me some time to trust a doctor. Dr. Sachdeva has been wonderful at helping me manage my health issues and finding different ways to do that. Her office is simple and she's not open every day, but don't let that put you off. She's available and returns calls quickly. Plus, they always have treats (like individually packaged Madeline cookies) and newer magazines in the lobby, which my toddler always appreciates! Dr. Sachdeva also listens to my toddler's heart every visit, humoring him, and asking him questions. It's the little things (and the big) that let you trust a physician. She's kind and thorough and good at what she does. Definitely check Dr. Sachdeva out if you're looking for a new doctor in town!
