I went to Louis Vuitton because one of my sunglasses broke down and I needed to see if it was a product defect or my own fault. A courteous man helped me at the beginning but you quickly understood that the guy wasn't sure about the information he was providing. He double checked with his manager and finally accepted the sunglasses to be sent to Paris. The guy did his job but that's not why I'm giving 4 stars. I am giving this 4 star to one lady working here and different from the other people working there. You'll notice her if she's working, she's joyful, charming and gives great advice!
