Aaron Rosales, owner of Green Honu, started doing sub contract work for me in August of this year (2013). Since day one Aaron has proven to be honest, trustworthy, hard working and punctual. He is professional and diligent and an overall nice man! Need I say more? I trust him enough to have given him a set of master keys to all of the units (about 30) after he worked for me for less then two months. When I take time off Aaron fills in seamlessly. He gets along well with everyone and I can highly recommend his services without doubt!

I seldom hire new sub-contractors, as the job requires a true professional who can handle the detail, skill and speed required of caring for multi-million dollar properties. When I interviewed Aaron, I immediately liked and trusted him. Since the first day he came to work for me I have found him to be thorough, efficient, highly skilled, quick to learn, versatile, fair, and punctual. He has shown himself able to master any job in a short time (some of which took my other contractors a full year to come up to speed). He handles unexpected situations with a calm managerial attitude and makes excellent decisions when left to his own devices. He is also highly personable and gracious, honest to a fault and a man of integrity. He is imbued with a team-oriented spirit and takes great pride in doing a perfect job. Anyone lucky enough to have Aaron Rosales (owner of Green Honu LLC) work for them will need look no further and will find in him an irreplaceable asset. ...
