They had some 199 dollar specials going on during the time of my case. Well Kim made sure that everything went smooth with respect to my case. Since I officially nominated them as my attorney for this case just a day before my court date (not mandatory appearance) they were able to postpone the date. I had to transfer the fees online via Paypal and got instant acknowledgment from Kim that the payments were received. Today was hearing on my case and as promised they were able reduce the points (to zero) with a penalty. As soon as hearing was done in the court, Attorney France called me on my cell and left a voicemail. He again called me back on my office phone to let me know the hearing and outcome in person to give first hand information. I am very happy that everything in my case went smooth. They are very efficient if you have any questions or clarifications. 5 stars!

It doesn't help that someone (I think his paralegal) attempted to have me sign documents by telling me I could "change my mind" later... maybe he wasn't lying... could be just a misunderstanding... another lawyer however set the record straight. So now, I leave this review as a warning to anyone... I'm not saying he's chased one to many ambulances, but get a second opinion with this guy, document everything, and don't forget. Ohio is a 1 party state, meaning you can legally record your conversations with someone who you suspect is full of crap and it's fully legal. I chose the Kalniz firm, because my mother worked for one of its predecessor firms, decades ago. I…read moremet with attorney Epstein, last week, to review needed changes to my will, due to changes in my family circumstances, and I gave him written notes regarding the changes I wanted to make. The initial draft I received back from attorney Epstein had a section that was inconsistent with my notes and inconsistent with what I was trying to effectuate. I sent him a marked-up version of the draft, correcting that section, correcting one typo, and crossing out one word in another section that didn't make sense to me, in context. I came in, today, to sign what I thought would be the final document. The problematic section had been partially revised, but it retained the word "neither," where it should have said "either," which was a meaningful difference. In addition, the one word I had crossed out in a different section had not been deleted. When I pointed those two items out to attorney Epstein, (which could have easily been addressed), he responded by telling me he was right and I was wrong, but that I should do whatever I wanted. When I asked him to explain, he told me the word I crossed out shouldn't have been crossed out, because he meant for the reference to be there. When I tried to explain why I had crossed the word out, he reiterated that I was wrong, but should do whatever I wanted. I told him I was trying to understand and that it was unacceptable for him to just tell me that I'm wrong but to go ahead and do whatever I wanted. He told me he didn't care what was unacceptable and that maybe I should take my will elsewhere to have it done. I told him I would. After today's interaction, one thing I know, for certain, is that I came to the wrong place.
