Chuck brought up an additional option for my dad: the quit deed. This was the cheaper option, but also had some drawbacks. The thing that my dad found so admirable was that it was the cheaper of the two options, and Chuck was happy to put it on the table. After deciding the plan of action, Chuck had the paperwork ready to go in no time flat. My dad also used Chuck to do a power of attorney for his finances and health. This paperwork was also quick and painless. Overall, my dad was extremely pleased w/ Chuck's services. He also found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. When we went to drop off the paperwork, I stayed in the car while he dropped it off - and he was back before I blinked my eyes. Love that!

It doesn't help that someone (I think his paralegal) attempted to have me sign documents by telling me I could "change my mind" later... maybe he wasn't lying... could be just a misunderstanding... another lawyer however set the record straight. So now, I leave this review as a warning to anyone... I'm not saying he's chased one to many ambulances, but get a second opinion with this guy, document everything, and don't forget. Ohio is a 1 party state, meaning you can legally record your conversations with someone who you suspect is full of crap and it's fully legal. (We still don't have our documents but our new lawyer will be in touch)

They had some 199 dollar specials going on during the time of my case. Well Kim made sure that everything went smooth with respect to my case. Since I officially nominated them as my attorney for this case just a day before my court date (not mandatory appearance) they were able to postpone the date. I had to transfer the fees online via Paypal and got instant acknowledgment from Kim that the payments were received. Today was hearing on my case and as promised they were able reduce the points (to zero) with a penalty. As soon as hearing was done in the court, Attorney France called me on my cell and left a voicemail. He again called me back on my office phone to let me know the hearing and outcome in person to give first hand information. I am very happy that everything in my case went smooth. They are very efficient if you have any questions or clarifications. 5 stars!

Long story short, the Social Security administration misplaced almost 5 years of filings. Instead of trying to work with me to find them, they simply had a massive lien placed. I was terrified. It took almost 6 months to finally find who lost our filings. After Tim's diligent efforts, it was determined the SSA was fully at fault, all paperwork was reissued and fully credited, and all liens and penalties were removed. What a huge relief. Tim and his co-workers worked non stop on this problem, handled every complication and request, and delivered a much need positive result. Thank you so much. I will, without question, only contact you in the future.
