I had a hearing coming up on 7/10 and really needed this representation. I asked about the cost and he assured me that we could work out a monthly payment plan and what I would need to put down. He told me to wait for the contract before I gave him the down payment and said he would email me a contract by that Friday. Got nothing. Emailed several times the next week and called a couple times. No response. Talked with the secretary and she said I could make a payment but had no response to the lack of a contract. Emailed a couple more times and left a voicemail. No response. Called on the 24th of June and left another voicemail. No response. Thanks for nothing. Will find another attorney that will be a little more caring. No communication.
