They take the time to talk with me about what's going on and truly listen before beginning treatment. I've seen them for chronic pain, headaches, muscle tension, and anxiety, and I consistently leave feeling better. I'm so grateful to have found such a caring and knowledgeable team. I'll never forget coming home after a treatment when two of my teenage children, at different times, asked what was going on because I looked so relaxed. I laughed and told them, "This is just what I look like when I'm finally relaxed!"

In the past 7 months she's helped me with headaches/migraines, anxiety/grief after a death, sleeping issues and kept me even during a highly tumultuous time where everything was confusing and daunting for everyone. I can not recommend them enough if you're looking for a holistic approach for self care. Everyone you'll interact with is caring and professional and the overall vibe of the office is serene and calm.
