I am writing to share a recent experience I had at your store that I found both disappointing and frustrating. During my visit, Tim was working the register, and I encountered what I would describe as a passive aggressive and unaccommodating interaction. While his tone may have appeared polite on the surface, his overall demeanor and unwillingness to assist suggested otherwise and left a negative impression. I shop your store regularly, particularly this location and specifically the super saver section, as it is marketed for discounted items. In fact, I previously wrote a positive review based on a great experience. However, it is quite common for items in this area to be either incorrectly marked or not marked at all. On a prior visit, your team acknowledged this issue and made the appropriate price adjustments without hesitation. On this visit, I selected NutriSource Woodland dog food, which was marked at 36.99. However, at checkout, the item rang up as 44.99. In addition, one of the bags I selected was not individually marked, but it was clearly placed within the same super saver section. Despite explaining this and referencing my previous experience, Tim refused to make the adjustment, even after reviewing my prior transaction where a manager had done so due to similar pricing inconsistencies. Additionally, I purchased NutriSource turkey stew, which was displayed as buy one get one half off and marked at 2.00. These items were grouped together accordingly. However, Tim refused to honor the promotion on the items marked at that price, again showing no willingness to resolve what was clearly a store labeling issue. Having worked in retail for several years, I am familiar with pricing policies and consumer protections related to mispricing. At that point, I chose not to press the issue further, as I simply wanted to complete my purchase and leave the store. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. While professionalism and courtesy are expected in any customer interaction, so is a reasonable level of accommodation when store errors occur. Unfortunately, that was not demonstrated during this visit. Walked into the back where the animals were and saw not one but TWO deceased reptiles. A young bearded dragon was drowned in the deep water bowl - which i'm no reptile expert but thought it was common knowledge to not have deep water bowls for this specific reason. And above that tank a black snake also was drowned in the water bowl. Just awful to see definitely neglectful on their part. Do better or don't have/ sell animals at your store! Owner got extremely frustrated with everyone watching him tend to the "animal in distress" it was clearly deceased. Disgusting. Do not buy your pet from here it is not being taken care of properly. read more

The store has a large selection, is well lit, well organized, and the staff is professional.

Staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and they have a wide variety of stock. I've been going for years for my beardie and now with two dogs as well. read more

This place has a HUGE variety of pet food. There is also a place to self wash your animals if they need a bath. They have a huge portion of clearance items for super cheap. The best cat food and litter prices I've seen! The staff is also really kind and nice very efficiently read more

Sold me expired treats. Didn't even know treats expired. They were over a year past the expiration date. Prices were way too high, even compared to pet boutiques. read more

I purchased an albino placoe fish . We brought him home floated his little bag in a tank until the temperatures matched then the wife released him. After releasing him she discovered little tiny white specks all over him. They're hard to see because he's albino. She took a picture of him took it to the store they told her oh he just has it and they sold her some medicine to treat the tank with. He only lasted one more day. I followed the instructions on the receipt, I brought in my baggie full of water from my tank I brought in the dead fish and my receipt. Right off the bat the manager copped an attitude. She whisked off to the back to test my water told me my water was bad and that's what killed the fish. I reminded her that the fish had itch and she said that her fish are not sick and that it did not get it from her it got it from our tank. She said they don't sell sick fish. I've been reminded her that they had at least three tanks with do not sell sick fish written on the outside of them. She did return my money but was rude about the entire ordeal. My other fish were perfectly healthy until that little placoe went into my tank. I have been fighting for nearly a week to keep the rest of the fish alive. read more

We are a loyal customer at this location for years! But today we go and the cashier was rude to customers because they got a new computer system! The manger never was right there never apologize to the customers. Just treated the customers like it was are fault for the inconvenience! I'll never go back they say this is a discount pet store yeah on what? read more

They were open so we went into look at turtle tanks. The cashier told us only one person per household due to the pandemic. No longer supporting this store. read more
