I can't say enough good things about this tow truck company. They helped me in a situation where I was really stressed and stuck, and the customer service I received was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. Ash who assisted me over the phone was absolutely incredible. I spent about 20 minutes talking with her, and she went above and beyond to make sure help was on the way. She personally confirmed that a tow truck was coming, called everyone she possibly could, and didn't stop until she was 100% sure I was taken care of. She was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me -- something you don't see often anymore. This company is extremely lucky to have someone like her. Because of her, what could have been a nightmare turned into a huge relief. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for your help -- I'll never forget it. read more

Magnum Towing was the company called through my Kia Roadside Assistance, and I'm very glad they were! My Kia had a system failure and we were 40 miles from home. The truck showed up in less time than was quoted and the driver, Eli, was helpful and accommodating. He even texted me a photo of my car in the Kia dealership lot after he got it there later that night, since he knew I was nervous about not going with my car. Eli made a frustrating and upsetting situation better because of his kindness. read more
