When I told them I was thrilled they could come to my house she acted Totally surprised. Apparently they prefer you go to their new office. Anyway, she said mobile vet person would call me soon and could probably come Friday morning at 9 a.m. I said fine. Well at 1:30 Julie called and started right out saying they could not be to my house until Monday, but bring my dog into the office. I asked what I could do for my dog's mouth until Monday and was told I would have to wait to see what the doctor said. Neither woman asked anything about my dog or was willing to help me. Julie was actually pretty rude. By the way, my beloved dog passed away that Sunday............

The price is right, the knowledge is expansive and she takes the welfare and safety of her boarders and her horses very seriously! At first they were willing to help me find my dog that's out there in the cold and now, the person I spoke to today won't even give me a general area of where she's at. If that's not bad service, I don't know what is. She's still missing, cold and hungry, and will likely die because nobody is out trying to catch her. Or maybe you should have more people on patrol or longer business hours than 4 days a week.
