I have paid 2 months of rent before my dishwasher was replaced. The fence around patio is missing boards. And breezeway is nasty.

On August 4 Kendra Williams started an eviction. On August 8 I was informed that I was to be evicted. None of my debit cards would work while I was in the apartment. I was in apartment number 75. He stated that I said he harassed me in 2010. I don't even know this man. He showed me pictures of a special needs worker I hired to take things to the dumpster. The dumpster was filled as usual and the young man placed it on a pile that was there. He told me that Eleam told him to personally charge me since I was the one calling about illegal dumping. I personally got out there with the clean up crew and even provided water to the inmates. Hughes issues with me are obviously still with him. This man went from 2024 to 2010 telling me my addresses. Sir, I thought you were here for the ticket. Btw, he knew the property mgr pulled that carpet out of the apartment and threw the furniture as well. I told him he seen them put it there bc it's a camera. I initially went in to file a report of harassment and profiling and he walked into the annex and seen me ( on his off day in shorts ) and said , " shit " That's when I knew they'd called him. I said to hell with the filing, I'll let the judge hear it personally! HUGHES NEEDS TO BE FIRED

Why not my whole $300???? Apparently tenants are responsible for paying to have carpets cleaned! First off, the apartment was SPOTLESS upon moving out! Second, of all of the apartments I've ever lived in I have always received my full deposit back. I have never heard of me be responsible for "carpet cleaning". So pretty much I had to pay for someone else to move in. Okay so the second little mishap happened August 6th, 2018. Melissa(property manager) was out of the office August 3rd, 2018 when I went to go pay rent. Office hours are 8-5:30, I may have went a couple of minutes after five. Fast forward to that Monday which is the 6th. I go in to pay rent because like I stated, no one was in the office. The money order even had the purchase date and time. I walk in and she says that it's late and the late fee is $100! So her and her little assistant swore that they were in the office that Friday evening. I told her that I wanted to talk to someone higher than her because I was not about to give her an extra $100 because she left her job early! So about ten minutes later I receive a phone call from her saying "oh I forgot I did leave the office because of a dentist appointment, you can just forget about that, I have a couple of others I have to call too". Even though I was not going to give her $100 anyway, why would multiple strangers tell you the exact same story about no one being in the leasing office?? And as far as the late fee starting at 100, the apartments aren't even worth what they are priced. Me and my roommate caught a "deal", two bedroom two bath for 824. They should be more like $600, and that is still steep. The walls are so thin you can hear people blinking! The one circuit thing they have going on in the living room is pointless, it's 2018! Update it! Definitely are not very big either. It floods after two minutes of rainfall. You pretty much will pay damn near $1000 a month for something not even worth the whopping $600 I gave them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE! DO YOUR RESEARCH! And as far as the money is concerned, I'm not too sure what Melissa is doing with all the extra money she is racking up every month, but legal action will be taken. I work hard EVERYDAY all day on my feet while she sits in her office deciding who to take money from, so $187 is a lot of money to me to just let someone take it. And the one star is only because I have to rate this garbage Update: I called the leasing office Monday August 19, 2018. The first phone call was answered by a "Celeste". Melissa of course was not in the office. I called again and she answered, Melissa says that it is my responsibility to have their apartments cleaned and that she was not going to argue with me and to have my attorney contact her. This place is a bunch of bullshit along with their con employees.

However, the end of my 2nd year, and lease, left me incredibly frustrated and stressed. I emailed the front office about 2 months before my lease ended and let them know I would like to renew for the same unit. A couple days later, they emailed me back saying to call or come in person to the office and talk to the manager. I called a week after this to talk about renewing my lease, but the manager was not in the office. I was told she would call me back the following day. The manager did not call me back, and I heard nothing for the next month. I figured since the office never reached out to me after that there was nothing stopping me from renewing. About 3 weeks before the end of my lease, I went to the office in person, and the manager told me that my apartment was on a list for non-renewal for repairs/renovations. She told me I could transfer to a new unit, which would be about $200 more per month than the unit I was in. The office effectively gave me 25 days to either find a new apartment complex to live in, or pay over $200 more per month for a one bed one bath apartment. I, thankfully, found an apartment on such short notice and moved out. When I turned in my keys, I asked about my security deposit and was told that I would hear something in the next 30 days, as it was corporate's decision. I called a week after the 30 days was over and was told, again, the manager would call me back after the weekend. She did not end up calling me back. It has been almost 2 weeks since I should have received my deposit back, yet I have heard nothing. Because of everything mentioned, I will not recommend Town and Country to anyone. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating, especially when I have been the only one communicating. The apartments I lived in were a good price for the size, but the quality of the units do not justify the increased prices. Save your money and sanity by looking at others complexes.
