I am pleased with everything I purchased, but I especially love the Dry Body Oil (non-greasy) because it makes my skin soft and shiny but it is not greasy. (I now understand how women can have shiny arms and legs on the red carpet but their clothing do not have oil stains on them.) When it comes to growing out my hair, the Royal Ayurvedie Hair Oil is amazing. It has no smell, goes on light, and holds a shine. I wear my hair cut very short and it keeps growing out every 5-6 days. This is a good problem. (Smile). My sons also use it on their beards and their beards are growing in beautifully and fully. Last, my sons also like the hanging car diffusers. The scents are just strong enough to smell but are not overbearing. Good variety available. These products are amazing!!!!!! I will be buying more.

I was out of gel polish remover and needed it pronto so I came by here to pick some up. The store was very clean and organized and I was able to track down what I was looking for easily. The person at the counter answered my questions and checked me out in a breeze. Before you knew it was at home getting the job done. The remover I got was around $10 and worked really well. I would definitely come back here the next time I need some beauty items.

On a previous order, they sent the wrong items, made me take photos of the shipping label and contents, and then sent rancid oils after a two-week wait. Most recently, I was shorted half of my online order, and customer service has ignored my outreach for three weeks. Combine this with their unstable retail locations and poor staff attitudes in-store, and it's clear they don't value retention. It's incredibly short-sighted to lose a long-term customer and earn a review like this over the cost of simply fulfilling an order correctly. Buyer beware.

https://www.quirkyclean.com/…read more I discovered QUIRKY CLEAN right before Christmas at a Festivus Franklinton event. Quirky clean has a production, artistic, and creative outlet location at 400 West Rich. A big thing for me is that they are committed to in vitro fertilization research and assistance! Their profits go into IVF based nonprofits. When I met the owner, Ryan, and saw this big burly bear of a man, I was drawn to what I knew to be true - - he must know beards and soaps. To learn of his wife, Austi, and her artistic and creative approach to life I was connected. I bought a Sugar Wash and discovered it wasn't a product that I use. My beard oils and soaps that now live with me here on The Hilltop are without a doubt for me a local gem. I'm really enjoying the scents, the oil base w a good strong result in my beard, and the beauty of the soaps in my bathroom. Thanks Ryan! Thanks Austi! Way to go in perfecting a local winner.

So, off to the store I went to return it. Walked into the store. Wasnt greeted but was overwhelmed by the fragrance. Stood in line to return the item. There were two people ahead of me and two people behind me. Although there were multiple associates on the floor and maybe four other customers in the aisles they only had one girl running registers. Once I got to the register the sales associate was very helpful. Sent me to the floor to get an exchange. Couldnt find the item or the location it might be in so I tracked down an associate and he nicely found it for me. Back to the line. Waited my turn and had it exchanged. All in all, it was fairly easy to return. I browsed the floor afterwards and noticed they don't really carry any of the brands for cosmetics that I use, but they did have a large selection of NARS AND Tarte. But I used Jones Road and Ilia so that was of no help. I couldnt find the Amika hair products I use, so there was no addition purchases for this girl!

I was hoping for some good deals, but nothing was marked down. Not until well into my visit, did I find the 50% off basket. It was pointless, filled with yucky smelling lotions. The rest of the products in the store were very nice. Everything else smelled pretty amazing. But it was so expensive! After chatting it up with the sales lady (it was her last day and she was a little bouncy), I learned that you can create your own oil and lotion mixtures. I was a little too tired to be creative, but I did want to try something. I got one ounce of the first thing I asked about: the belly oil. It's meant for pregnant mom's to be to help avoid stretch marks. One ounce is $2.75. The woman grabbed an ounce container (which cost $.75, she told me after filling it), and pumped it full of this miracle oil, with essential oils, and maybe wheat germ. She didn't know exactly what was in it. I thought that was strange. The oils cool so far. Smells funny. I'll probably get some more and mix in a scent. Unfortunately, it will probably add another $1.00 to the order.
