I can't be more then grateful staff is always attending and helpful. The nurses inside as well are always helpful with your needs. I got a referral to this location and for my first time for my consultation I will never go back. Dr Rey made me feel so uncomfortable. His verbiage is so very unprofessional and didn't make me feel any better about my situation. Please work on the words you choose when speaking to a female! read more

The imaging clinic sent a request for a doctor's order for a follow-up mammogram to Dr. Parampil. When I showed up for the mammogram, no order had been sent so i went to Magnolia Clinic to get it as hold times on the phone have been up to an hour. I arrived at 4:30 but they had already closed even though the sign says open till 5:00. So i called and was told Dr. Vada no longer worked there and no other Dr. would sign the order without seeing me but the first available appt. was weeks away. So i waited 3 weeks for nothing, wasted my time and gas because no one at Magnolia bothered to call me or the Imaging Clinic to let us know Dr. Vada wasn't there to sign the order. One of the best Ob's Pa Silhy really made every visit so comfortable and less nerve wrecking after experiencing a miscarriage prior to this pregnancy she reassured me and made me feel at ease I had gone to a few ob places prior to this place but the experience wasn't how I pictured my first pregnancy being until I met with ob Silhy she made my experience so beautiful and smooth answered all of my questions as well I really feel happy and comfortable coming to every appointment I would recommend her every time you'll definitely be in good hands ! read more

I highly recommend these clinics i been with them throughout my pregnancies since 2010 they are amazing and very helpful with all my needs. All the nurses and doctors are great people that help with all the questions i have. The girls at the front office always help me with setting all my appointments at my accommodation. Great service read more

Wait times are insane ,waited 1 hour and half for an urine test and a 5 minutes appointment . The doctor just read your chart back to you and do an ultrasound on a old machine that never has paper or gets jammed and image is blurry. I only go there because of my insurance but if I could I will totally choose a different doctor/group . They definitely just care about the numbers and probably the money ,they do not care about providing quality care . read more

The only reason they get 3 stars is because of Dr.Carlos Cardenas. I had my son in april of 2025 and before january i was seeing PA sahily. She was rude, unprofessional and judged my weight every time i went ( i wasnt gaining a lot of weight) i was put on high risk in january and switch to Dr.cardenas. He made me feel better about my situation, told me to eat and not worry about my weight until he says its an issue. I had a c section by Dr. Rey and follow ups through him which he handled things professionally and even sent me home with extra pain relief medicine. Pa Sahily should not be working with women read more

Dr.Cardenas is the best! He is the most supportive, caring, and informative ob. I would recommend him to everyone. He definitely cares about his patients and will listen to all your concerns. The care is thorough and the Dr. and staff answer all of my questions, especially as a new mommy

Denied treatment due to having a managed mental health condition. Told "we don't have the equipment to monitor your baby" so I'm n honestly not quite sure what they do at this clinic if it's not OB care where they can't do basic OB care. It's a wonderful thing that this doctor is discriminating patients on their mental health status. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Rey for two pregnancies now. He has been my OBGYN for both, so attentive with both of my high risk pregnancies. Any concern or question I have had he has been able to answer and to reassure me. I have put my health and my babies health in his practices hand and I couldn't be more happier. The receptionist and everyone there are helpful and nice to me- Brieanna and Martha have been extremely pleasant too. I have no complaints and am grateful for Dr.Rey and his care . Definitely recommend. read more

I tried coming to this clinic bc i'm 15 weeks pregnant and i already had a feeling they were gonna deny me just because im a recovering addict but i literally go to a methadone clinic and get drug tested weekly so that's on them just letting you know if you are in any programs like this don't even bother to waste your time. glad i didn't get accepted either way looking at the rest of these reviews. what type of obgyn denies someone for trying to get better lol read more

I do not recommend this ob/gyn at all. I have been getting my appointment rescheduled multiple times due to Dr. Rey having other things pipping up. I am supposed to get a biopsy done for possible cancer due to abnormal ultrasound and it's been months of me waiting. Poor quality care for the patients in my opinion. They don't even deserve a star honestly. read more

The staff is friendly. However, the wait time at this location is terrible. Appointment times are not honored and the average wait time is 2+ hours. Unless there is more time organization, would not recommend this clinic. read more

This is my first baby and I am 7 months along in my pregnancy. The receptionist at the front desk was not at all welcoming. When you ask these girls questions, they respond unkindly and never smile. If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would due to the incompetence of the PA Mayra Silhy. I came to this clinic at 5 weeks pregnant (at the time I believed I was 8+ weeks pregnant.) It was my first pregnancy and I was desperate to find a clinic that had appointments available as I was extremely anxious as every first time mother is to make sure everything was okay and I unfortunately ended up here. She told me that she could not find my baby only a yolk sac and then proceeded to make me do bloodwork and scheduled me out for every week to make sure my baby was growing. My very last appointment was on January 25th when she told me that my baby was growing, however there was no heartbeat yet due to me being too early on in my pregnancy BUT confirmed that everything looked good in the ultrasound and scheduled me out for the following week on February 1st and told me we should be able to hear the heart beat and give me my due date. THAT SAME DAY of the 25th AFTER my appointment where she told me everything looked good I started bleeding and rushed to the emergency room where they told me they found a subchronic hematoma and told me that my baby DID have a heart beat and I was 7 weeks and 3 days along. They were able to give me my due date and put me on bed rest. Not only was she not able to give me an accurate timeline for my pregnancy she DID NOT find a heartbeat when my baby did have one and she did not see the hematoma !!!! The ER doctor explained that it's very unlikely that it would've formed after my appointment and he doesn't understand how she did not see it or find a heartbeat since the heartbeat can by found as soon as 5-6 weeks and my baby's heartbeat was strong. I unfortunately did end up miscarrying shortly after and it took me multiple days to actually get a hold of anyone to cancel my appointment. I wish I would've never came to this clinic as I spent my entire pregnancy crying, worrying, doing bloodwork and waiting for the next appointment to hopefully have good news. I also want to add that the bathroom we use to leave a urine sample was always disgusting. It did not seem like they kept up maintenance at all and the front desk staff in my experience was not friendly. PLEASE AVOID THIS CHAIN OF CLINICS!! read more

Magnolia OBGYN Clinic - My baby - Obstetricians & Gynecologists Near Me - Riverside, California

This office is horrible they have rescheduled my daughters appointment 3 times we have arrived at the office to check in with DR.Sulley and due to that she is not in the office. They did not call us to let us know. That's the least they can do. Their staff is very unprofessional and rude. Then they looked at us like we are the liars! Why would I drive 45min to my daughters appointment like I made this up. They had the nerve to say we had the dates mixed up I'm so furious. I will file a report with my insurance. Horrible office do not come here read more

6 month update* i reallly wanted to like this place so much, but after leaving the magnolia office today in tears i wanted to share an updated version of my experience so far.. last month my appointment was made for a Tuesday 10am, im trying to check in and the lady cant find me, well come to find out apparently the day my appointment got made the system went down ? They already dont allow kids to come with you so parents move stuff around to make sure they come alone, so getting there and their like Yeah we made other peoples appointments on top of what was supposed to be your appointment day and didnt try contacting the people to try to reschedule again, nice... This time today, my appointment is for 9:35am , always arrive the 15 minutes early for courtesy. All goes well, get checked in. Do the weigh in then got seated to the next waiting room, it is now 10:30am and the receptionist calls me to the side to let me know the dr had an on call some time ago and if i could come back later.... i absolutely can not, i make my appointments early due to working on night shift, but why make me wait an hr long to tell me the dr left!!!! Ive only ever seen the delievery dr Once anyways! All other appointments i met with Dr Sihly? Youre telling me i couldnt see some other random dr there for the 2 minutes they see us anyways? They rescheduled me for tomorrow, but tears just fall immediately from my face in frustration once again from this place. If i wasnt so far along in my pregnancy i would immediately look to change my obgyn.. read more

I used Magnolia for my prenatal care for my son 5 years ago. All the generic stuff, the doctors gave me good care, caught a thyroid problem that started during my pregnancy, wait time was okay. The reason I thought to pop on here tonight was the nursing staff. They were the only ones that have ever asked me about the birthmark on my arm. It definitely looks like the mark that could be left in a domestic abuse situation. If a man grabbed you by the arm it would leave a circular bruise right around there by his thumb.... just a birthmark, but I appreciate a health care staff that's aware and looking for signs of abuse read more

Unfortunately while waiting for my insurance to go through, I had to come to this clinic. The ONLY good experience I had was my first few months with P.A Candace Valenzuela. Thank god I had her most of the time I had to attend this clinic. She was way too good for the place, which is why I'm sure she is no longer there. When I had to reschedule with a new doctor, Dr.Vada, is when it really went downhill. The difference between the two was astronomical. Valenzuela was extremely attentive, understanding, and always asked as soon as the appointment began if there were any concerns, cramping, changes in mental state or anything of the sort. She cared about the mother's health as much as the baby's. This was not at all the case with Vada. Vada came in, told me she read my chart, and began with the ultrasound. This ultrasound lasted all of 45second to about 1 minute. I know this because the person who came with me recorded the whole ultrasound. She did not tell me what she saw, she did not speak a word. After I sat up, she said she will see me in 3 weeks. To which I told her I have an RH- blood type and was due for my shot of rhogam before then because of how far along I was. Interesting I had to bring up an extremely important injection I need for my babies safety and LIFE, after she said she read my chart. She said it doesn't matter if it's administered a couple weeks after, which is opposite that I've been told by anyone prior. All the while she had a terrible attitude as if I was annoying her to ask questions, it's obvious the patients are just a name and allotted appointment time. Fellow expecting moms, do not come to this clinic read more

I am currently 6 months pregnant. I started to come here after my experience with another office was horrible. Dr.Rey is amazing! He's very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. His staff members always follow up with a phone call to confirm my appointments. read more

I was there for over 2 hours, 90% of that was waiting. Nothing got done except they got all my info, didn't provide any service. I had to make future appointments to get the service I needed. Complete waste of time, incredibly unprofessional. This is a poorly run office I'm not going back and definitely don't recommend. read more

Don't waste your time here. Not only are the front desk staff incredibly rude, they will conduct a screening questionnaire that will include questions about your mental health. Don't bother mentioning if you've ever struggled with any sort of mental health related diagnosis because you will be deemed a "high risk pregnancy" and they will refuse to see you. It's crazy to think that 1 in 4 people struggle with mental health diagnoses such as anxiety and depression and this office will discriminate against you based on those. So please, steer clear of this office. You can see it in the other reviews that this office is extremely unprofessional with wait times and the front desk attitude. read more

I am having my first pregnancy and came here. They let me leave with blood pressure of 171/125. And didn't tell me to go to the emergency room, they said it's normal for high blood pressure with twins, told me to take Aspirin everyday but did not prescribe anything. I ended up in the emergency room three days later because I was very tired my stomach was hurting and had a headache. I got to the emergency room my BP was 175/125. The emergency room got my BP lowered and normal. They said I should've been told to go to the emergency room for 171 blood pressure for having twins it's a Risk of preeclampsia. And I was given wrong information from this clinic. The magnolia clinic doctor said I should lose weight because if I gain more I cannot have a c-section which was also wrong information. And they said to lose weight but I should also eat more for since I'm having twins? All information was given by the doctor. The young girl checking me in didn't know how to fill out my paperwork, another girl had to show her how to do it. I had the biggest scare because of this place. Also the dr said I was going to have lab work done that day and I don't need to fast and wait until he lobby- in the lobby the girls said I was done and had to go schedule my own blood test at an outside facility and I had to fast? They sent me home with a genetics testing kit (which no I know or other doctors have ever heard of) turns out it's $4,000 to send it in for results. This was the most mislead informational visit I've ever had at a doctors office. My first pregnancy - I will never return here again. read more

I forgot to mention the wait time here is horrible & unacceptable! Especially when you only see the PA for less than 5 min. Which was Not attentive! Or thorough. I ended up having a way better experience at UCR. I have never waited in the waiting room past my appointment time., soon as my appointment time approached I was immediately called to the back every appointment. So if you want a awesome experience try UCR Women's health. I also never had to wait for the doctor to come into the room to see me. I am so pissed off right now, this is not ok! I've been there for like 2hrs almost 3!!! I talked to the doctor and she said that one of the girls would come bring me papers or something, I'm in the room waiting waiting waiting! I finally open the freakin door and one one of the girls in there little office is just on her phone, if I don't come out that room and say I have to go, they will never come open the door! She said " oh it's cuz I thought you walked out already" no the F**** I didn't then don't close the doors if you forget that there's patients in there. How do girls even come here waiting that long! Literally just walked out and ripped the papers! I waist of long as time here! It was my first time and my last time. Don't sit there on your phones! If you are stay home and do that. I can't believe this right now! Yea was not the only one complaining! There was other women saying the same shit, it's toooo long! read more

This office is a complete choke gain along with whatever title Rodolfo Rey. They tried to make another appointment with us with no results from the ER. Completely no coordination and proactive at all. All they want is appointments to make $ or whatsoever with no purpose. read more

I had read the terrible reviews but thought I'd keep an open mind. Don't be me, don't waste your time here. Things I learned about this office: 1) Inept/Rude staff 2) No work ethic 3) Unorganized Office 4) Dr.Rey isn't a man of his word 5) Be prepared to do their job for them. I was 15 mins early for my appointment on 1/16/19. The receptionists said they needed signatures on some forms. They didn't give me the physical forms, they directed me to a signature pad and said "you're signing an arbitration form, please sign on the pad" and I said "Can I see what I'm signing?" She said "sign on the pad and then we'll give you copies of what you're signing later" I said, "no, that's not how that works, I will not sign anything unless I can read beforehand what I'm signing" the receptionist rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly handed me an arbitration agreement and other forms. The arbitration agreement didn't even have my name correctly written. I didn't want to sign the arbitration agreement and spoke to the office manager, Eva. She tried to educate me on what the arbitration agreement was and was speaking in circles. "I know what an arbitration agreement is, my question is, do I have to sign it to get services here? The form isn't clear. Yes or No? I've already wasted an hour here just waiting." She said I didn't have to sign it to get services and I proceeded to wait for the doctor. Dr. Rey was confused about why I was in the office. He thought I was having a first time consult and that I was going to schedule a future procedure/schedule a second appointment. I corrected him and informed him that my primary doctor faxed my results from the procedure I had done and that I was there to get an explanation of the results and to decide how to proceed. He said he didn't have anything but he would attempt to get the results then and there. I waited some more. He came back and said couldn't get the results. He said he would personally call me the same day. He said that even if he didn't get the results that day, he would keep me updated and that if he did get the results, he would explain them over the phone as a courtesy for the office not having the results to begin with. Didn't receive a call from him at all, EVER. I gave the office a week and called on 1/23/19 at 10:16am and spoke to Ashley, she confirmed that they still didn't have the results. This office never made the attempt to get my results, they forgot. Perfect. I told Ashley that Dr. Ray said he would personally call me with the results and explained to her what happened on 1/16/19. She said that if that's what Dr. Rey had said, that's what was going to happen. I called my primary doctor on 1/23/19 at 10:24am and they said they faxed the results on 12/13/18 (my primary doctor always time stamps/dates everything) and that they haven't had any additional requests. My primary doctor faxed over the results on 1/23/19 at 10:29am. I called again on 1/24/19 and Ashley said they finally had the results (NO DUH, I did your job for you!). She insisted on scheduling a second consult. I said "No, that's not what Dr. Rey said would happen. I already wasted over 3 hours at your office because you weren't prepared to begin with and he said he would give me the results over the phone. I can't keep taking time off of work to speak to you guys." She assured me I would get a call back the same day, No call. I called again on 1/28/19 at 2:45pm and Jasmine tried to schedule another consult (are you kidding me!?) I was beyond done. I asked to speak to the manager, I spoke to Eva on 1/28/19 at 2:52pm and told her the whole story. Eva said "No we don't give results over the phone, and I'm looking at the notes and nowhere on here does it say anything about giving you results over the phone" I said "why would I make this up? Dr. Rey told me this himself.. that he would personally give me a call." She said she needed to speak to him and she'd give me a call back. She called me back at 3:09pm the same day and said, "Dr.Rey said we need to schedule you 6 months out." Needless to say, haven't spoken to Dr. Rey and till this day, I have no idea what my results were. Only that whatever they were, all I need is an appointment in 6 months. I've been working non stop, M-Sat, 8am-5:30pm but I'm cancelling that appointment as soon as I have time to call them during the week. Yelp needs to create a thumbs down button for when you don't even want to give one star. I would happily use that thumbs down button for this place. read more
