Our loved one has NEVER EVEN BEEN to their facility, she was never released from the hospital! She has never put a foot inside the building, yet we are getting MONTHLY bills from Savannah Grand on top of the $8,500 we already paid! We have sent letters to the Ombudsman's office, the BBB, and several other entities, and the BBB sent back a letter stating even they can't get Savannah Grand to respond to the complaint and refund our money. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THESE ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! They will make promises to get your money, and then the fun really starts. They lied about fees, they lied about the level of care they are able to provide, and the kicker is that they were NOT even qualified to provide the level of care she needed. She had a trach, a feeding tube, and is on a trilogy machine - they absolutely cannot provide the level of care required but lied saying they could, just so they could get our money. They even told us about how they completely refunded a prior residents money because their loved one died before they made it to the facility. Our loved one never made it to the facility either, yet no refund. It is a shame. They are liars and thieves.

They are under staffed and not properly trained to care for physically demanding patients. Showers are few and far between. Medications are not dispensed properly. Many of the meals are lacking and they are forced to wait over an hour to be served their meals after they arrive in the dining room. This place should be shut down for elder abuse. Shame. Shame.
