The monthly rent is astronomically EXPENSIVE, the facility is poorly run, security is lackluster, and maintenance is a joke. It is abundantly clear that they are ALL ABOUT making money, not customer service. I can't begin to explain the deficiencies that we see every visit. If you love your family member DO NOT let them live here! BTW, i gave Legacy Reserve @ OT a 1-star rating, as that is the lowest allowed.
