A $13,000.00 mistake... Nice people, but they sell bottom…read moreof the line product. The floors were junk from the start with the thinnest veneer layer and the thinnest wear layer on the market. They came out to replace several boards that were cracked, but the poor quality has gaps larger than any other flooring I have seen and the edges are bright as the veneer is so thin it doesn't color the beveled edges. The installers were nice, but were working with junk, and the company is only as good as the product. After they left one foot of the dishwasher on the sub floor and the other on the wood I had them come back out to fix it as they were also fixing other boards and trying to color in the flaws and damage to the floor with a black stain marker. I removed the dishwasher and they added more floor to level it out but unfortunately the old valve leaked and despite drying up the water the larger gaps in this flooring allowed it to spread and it in very little time ruined over 80 square feet of flooring. so never let an ice cube melt or it will cost you dearly. Best option might be to find a company that is more concerned with quality and can better guide the customer. The only reason they get two stars is the fact they are nice and were willing to try but in the end we are left holding the bag... the empty bag of money and now have to turn our lives upside down again to move furniture, remove floors, replace the upstairs sub floor, and put in a quality product. I have asked for the owners to contact me so I can cancel the carpets in the rest of the house that we have already paid for but not yet scheduled. I am sick to my stomach over wasting $13,000.00 and a lot of time. Bottom line, buyer beware and find a company that offers better quality. I only posted a few pics.

I had used this company for a whole house remodel : floors, painting, electrical etc over $20,000…read moreworth. So naturally I used them again when I purchased a condo in Mt Pleasant. Very nice initial estimate. Paid the required one half. Was quoted install in one day?! I was surprised and said sure. It took 3 days which I didn't mind. Ran into an issue that they needed extra to float bathroom floors . No problem paid on the spot. Finished the 2 days after the expected finish time. Came home installer was rushing and it showed. Poor corner cuts on existing door jams. They left me with no extra flooring to cover the bare spots! Quarter round at the end during the installers race for the finish looked horrible. Had a planned visit to FL for 4 days came home and really inspected the work. Both toilets in both bathrooms were a wobbly mess! Mind you I paid the extra to float the floors!! Called and left 2 messages with the project manager... he never called me back. Called my plumber and he removed and inspected both toilets and they would never sit flush because flanges were 2 inches above said floated floor!! It was going to cost to have floors re floated and flanges cut down. Called the project manager again 2 times.. no response! Finally had to just call the office and someone finally called me back!! The guy said he doesn't get paid to come out on a Saturday and had his installer come too. Guess what You are correct! We need to have someone come out to fix this! My problem being the installer knew and left me like that!! Someone else might be ok with rocking toilets etc that eventually would cause water leaks and need to replace whole floor.. beware! Unless you call diligently you will not get a solution! Oh and by the way I had to pay extra to have the problem fixed!! When it should have NEVER been left like that to begin with!! Do your homework! Would not recommend!!

I just relocated here from the Hilton Head area and my wife is 7 months pregnant! My wife and I…read morewanted to be in a house with the nursery ready to go as soon as we could! I had seen a commercial for Lumber Liquidators and then visited the store and spoke with Nate the Assistant Manager whom gave us samples. Nate was not only very knowledgeable, but patient (wife had a lot of questions, lol), and polite. My wife and I have both called the store in regards to pricing, our quote(s), installation times, delivery times, etc. and have not had 1 unpleasant interaction! I appreciate the team that is in place at this location for making this HUGE task into something very minimal for me. Nate got us a quote that we felt suited our budget where we did the 24 months no interest financing. We had them deliver all 1700 ft2 of flooring, padding, 26 stairs, 28 risers, transitions, shoe molding, and a few other things the installers recommended. It was over 6000 lbs! A few days after the delivery the installation manager Robert called and scheduled the appointment in which they showed up EARLY and stayed LATE (rare quality these days)! They had over 1500 ft2 of disgusting laminate removed, 100 ft2 of tile removed, and 1700 ft2 of the new LVP/EVP waterproof flooring installed IN 1 DAY! The following day they came and did the stair case (3 story home with 26 stairs, 28 risers). On the third day they came and installed all of the shoe molding around the walls and removed all the big debris. I did have to clean up little bits and pieces but I wasn't exactly expecting them to bust out the mops, brooms and waxes to get my floor sparkling lol. I also had to connect my toilets back (replaced the wax rings while I was at it) but this was discussed beforehand since they are not plumbers. The store did an excellent job coordinating this exorbitant amount of work, something that may have taken me MONTHS to complete took them a mere 3 days. When moving in we also noticed how scratch resistant this stuff is! I literally dragged my washer and dryer 30 ft across the house and hooked them up without 1 scratch! THANK YOU LUMBER LIQUIDATORS!!!! (8mm Rose Canyon Pine Engineered Vinyl Plank EVP)

I came into the store July 2, 2025. I asked for several samples because I need to put a floor down…read morein the next two weeks. The young lady said they didn't have them and "it wasn't a problem for them". I told her you're gonna lose thousands of dollars by losing my sale because you can't provide a sample, you can't pull out a piece of flooring to show me and you told me I could order something online for $15. I told you that is not gonna work. The young man and woman were spending their time trying to find inventory and not serving a customer. This woman is a detriment to this company. Her attitude was she didn't care that they didn't have a sample, she knows nothing about business and I hope the owner reads this and gets rid of her as soon as possible as she has no business sense whatsoever.
