This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!

I walked in and looked around for about 10 minutes without one person acknowledging I was even there. I believe there was 3 customers in the showroom total. Actually, one of those customers asked a worker if there was something she could do to get some assistance for me. You don't have to have appointments, but they don't allow for those that weren't aware that it is best to have an appointment. I was told " I don't have time to return calls or answer my emails. Let me see if my coworker has an appointment right now." Spoke to the manager. Wasn't too concerned since I had already told him he lost my business. He said "I guess there isn't anything I can do if your mind is made up." He could have cared less. Just stood there looking at me with a blank stare.

I went into this showroom kind of on a whim and told the sales rep I was looking for a pretty toilet. None of that modern stuff, a classy looking John was what I wanted. She pointed me to a toilet in the showroom that fit the bill looks-wise and was one piece, which was even better. So we bought it, they delivered and we had it installed. Best toilet ever: It never stops up and somehow never looks dirty. A couple years later the toilet started doing this weird screaming thing, I called the store and told them what was happening, and the parts came in the mail a few days later. An easy switch out for my husband and no more yelling commode. I just ordered two more today and can't wait to get them installed so my kids will stop clogging up the pathetic Kohler in their bathroom. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

I was impressed that the floor was installed seamlessly, with custom molding. It looks as though this was a custom floor installed by the builder since you cannot see any seams and no quarter round was used to hide spots that were not cut perfectly to fit. Amazing flooring product and a great installation! Second Magnolia installed a custom kitchen, which we absolutely love. Over a period of 4 years we obtained quotes and designs from multiple vendors and home improvement stores and were never able to get comfortable with the price for the product. With Magnolia I got an outstanding product, at a great price. They also guaranteed the installation and allowed me to meet their installers. The big home improvement stores offered to sell me a product but did not guarantee the installation and would not offer plumbing and electrical work so I would have had to pay for all of that separately. The end product reflected the careful attention to details in the installation, which made my wife and I very happy. My moldings and trim look like it was all part of the cabinets from manufacturing, with no cuts that are filled and then painted and no visible nail holes. Overall an absolutely seamless installation. I would highly recommend this business for any cabinetry, flooring, kitchen or bath project in the greater Charleston area.

I ordered my pull handles and knobs from the web site of what the had to chose from. The designer there was the one that order the amount I needed and over order many things that I didn't need. I only wanted a refund back for the pull knobs and NOPE "THEY WERE SPECIAL ORDER". THE LIST HE SENT ME WAS OFF THEIR WEB SITE AND NOTHING ON THEIR SAID ANYTHIHG ABOUT "SPECIAL ORDER". I thought it would be best to order everything at one place. WRONG AGAIN ONMY PART. I needed smaller pulls from 3 drawers and went to Lowes to find something close to match and they had the same pull handles for a fraction of the cost. Needless to say they mess up take your money and then you get screwed. I got $121.00 worth of stainless steel pull handles that i i cant use. We have no idea when they will replace the damaged cabinets, install the counters and move the cabinets that need moved to accommodate the counters. Save your money and do not waste time and stress. The so-called customer service team said they'll call us within 48 hours, no surprise, no call. We are ready to talk with an attorney ! Did I mentioned spaying sawdust all over the interior of our convertible that now needs detailed ! Repugnant customer service!
