He is very price conscious and wanted to provide the best replacement option for my specific situation. He recommended new equipment that would be an energy improvement over the prior system, but was not too expensive. He talked me through all of the technical details, so I understood what I was buying. He answered all of my technical questions and went into the attic with me to explain all of the components in detail, even though the temperature was likely +110F and we were sweating our butts off. I'm an engineer who deals with industrial refrigeration systems, so I like to geek out about this stuff. I enjoyed talking with David and he likes the technical details as well. David and his team were on time and courteous during the install. He gave me a follow-up call a couple days after the installation just to make sure everything was still working great. After the installation was complete, I measured the energy usage to be 25% less than the old system, which was what he said the new equipment would achieve. David gained my trust throughout the job and I plan on using him again.
