Food was good, chicken was moist, corn on the cob was a bit deflated, turnover was tasty. Drinks were constantly topped off. Venue seemed clean and dust-free. Sounds was fantastic and it has the wow factor we were hoping for. The parking wasn't as plentiful as we hoped for but we made it work and don't have any huge problems. I loved the massive already decorated Christmas tree the beginning of November and the rich feel of the lobby. The snack ladies seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people and the lines were long but the prices weren't as criminal as most shows I have gone to. A hot dog was $4 and a chicken sandwich was $7. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained and there were comfy couches and places to charge your phone in a pinch. In the VIP balcony there was a plug right in front of my friends chair which helped us not lose connectivity at a long event.
