They honor their appointments and treat you with care. I especially liked how Dr Caitlin would listen to me and make sure I understood the protocol and lab results when I would have them. I appreciated how Dr Caitlin felt so accessible and if I needed anything I could get an answer fairly fast.

I have been under the care and direction of Dr. Jewel Larsen and her Doctor team. Since working with them, I have been able to mange my eczema. I've gained my confidence and self-esteem back. Although, I may experience a trigger or flare up here and there, I am confident and have safety in knowing that things like this "do not last forever" - Dr. Larsen is empathetic, understanding, and supportive. She has helped me identify the root and triggers that could explain my eczema flare up. With a detailed treatment plan, supplements, and lab work to assist - I can say that I am on my healing journey and thank God I am HEALED! It was very comforting to have not just her team but the other doctors who would step in when she was unavailable. Dr. Su is very sweet, polite, and empathetic. I went to Naturopathic Family Health November 2025-March 2026 hoping to heal the rest of my gut…read moreissues. I had a so-so experience. The plus: I was able to heal my SIBO which was causing me a lot of issues. This was year 4 of my GI journey, and I had voiced how much I had gone through and that I was eager to fully heal my gut at this point. The way I got there wasn't preferred: -I didn't feel heard about the type of care I wanted to receive. I was pushed to take 3 rounds of antibiotics instead of taking the natural route, which I preferred. -I voiced continued discomfort after my first round of antibiotics for SIBO. I had to push to take another SIBO test. It came back positive as I expected, and I had to do another 2 rounds. -there is a limit on how many times you can message your naturopath between appointments. I get it, but it doesn't help when your naturopath responds with one word answers and no context, requiring continued follow up. The front desk crew was really lovely. I just didn't feel the quality of care matched the price, unfortunately. After healing my SIBO I decided to start seeing another naturopath office which is more aligned with the level of care I want.

Dr. Young was…read morevery informative, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining safety protocols, which really helped ease any anxiety for a first-time session. I was initially referred here by my surgeon after another Bay Area facility was fully booked, so I appreciated being able to get in relatively quickly. The treatment itself felt professional and well-managed, and I left feeling positive about the care I received. One thing to note is that this clinic does not accept insurance, so everything is out of pocket, unlike some other facilities that may have insurance partnerships. I wasn't aware of that ahead of time. My main area for improvement would be pricing transparency. Over the phone, I was quoted $375 for treatment and told I would need to meet with Dr. Young beforehand, which I completely understand. However, additional costs weren't clearly explained. I opted for a 90-minute session, which ended up being more expensive, and I left owing around $850. While I acknowledge I could have asked more questions, I do wish the full pricing breakdown had been communicated more clearly upfront. Overall, it was a very positive experience in terms of care and professionalism. If cost weren't a concern, I would absolutely return. I'd just recommend future patients ask detailed questions about pricing ahead of time.

I recall coming in for a free consultation several years ago to see if we were a good match. I would say that we are as I have been a patient since our first initial get-to-know me meeting. She pays attention to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed. She answers all of my questions, big or small. She provides guidance and works with information I have from other doctors, treatments I may be on, and calms my worries. She is very gentle with the needles (most times, I don't feel a thing). She turns on relaxing music, offers a heat lamp, and everything is very quiet. If my appointment is an hour, she is not one minute short. I always leave feeling calm and relaxed. She has also addressed many of my concerns, even after only a small number of visits. I would say I start feeling relief after the first treatment.
