Scheduled a pickup at 2:20 the following Sunday. Upon arrival I was told the transfer wasn't finished. No phone call, no text, no email to let me know it would be delayed. Was told they needed a few more hours. I said fine, let's schedule a pickup tomorrow. Oh they couldn't do that because they were booked out a few days. Really?? What an awful business. I took my laptops and will seek help elsewhere. Will never consider them for future needs, and I would warn everyone one else from doing the same.

She ignored customers in the store and talked to one customer about books she had read for 10 minutes while 5 customers weee waiting. I will be moving my phone service to any other carrier but T-Mobile. I'm so disappointed.

No appointment was needed. I brought in my daughters iPad, showed them the damage, gave them my personal information and left. The timeline on the website said it would be a few days but they did the repair in a few hours! When I picked up my daughters iPad they went over everything. They showed me it was charging, the speakers worked, microphone worked, the screen brightness worked, Touch ID worked and more. Literally they went over every feature to show me it was operational. Last week i went in, years later, and by golly, they did indeed replace the screen FOR FREE. Today I returned and got a new screen protector on my tablet (I'd put the last screen on myself). Their prices are more than fair, and ESPECIALLY more than fair when you figure you'll never have to buy a screen protector again.
