I was told about this place by a taxi driver, so why not, we thought...didn't even know it existed
Well it was indeed really good...my wife had the Murugh Bazzan (no, me neither - a bit too sweet for me) and a naan. I had a chicken jalfrezi and a paratha, with aloo gobi (they brought 2). A large glass of vino each, a kulfi and sorbet to follow. £68 inc tip
The service - mostly a young guy who was really helpful and informative...needed because the menu is enormous and there are lots of dishes we had never experienced before
Very enjoyable...parhaps the paratha was not so crisp and the desserts were not homemade (I guess) - but that's being picky. As for portions, for once we could not finish it all and we had enough for 2 meals at home so they gave us a doggy bag!
BUT...we arrived at 7:30, left 9om...and we were the only people in the resto that whole time...I think there were 1 or 2 UberEats...bizarre
Go - its great! read more
