I called beforehand to…read moreconfirm my appointment and see if I could come in a little earlier, and you could immediately tell Cynthia was the sweetest. I came in for a blowout and deep conditioning treatment and loved the whole experience. The salon is super cute, really clean, and tucked into this adorable little neighborhood near downtown Ontario. Also plenty of street parking which, respectfully, matters lol. Cynthia was SO detailed with my blowdry and I left with the prettiest, bouncy, voluminous curls. But honestly one of my favorite parts was just how easy she is to talk to. It felt less like sitting through a hair appointment and more like hanging out with a friend who just happens to be making your hair look amazing. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and really cares about making her clients feel comfortable and taken care of. Such a sweet experience and definitely one of those ClassPass finds that makes you feel like you discovered a little hidden gem. I'll definitely be coming back!

Salon had a strong smell of nail polish remover. Owner/stylist was very chatty and fun but I was…read morepraying carelessness wouldn't transfer onto my service. During the wash: my helix piercing was hit hard, which caused bleeding and really ruined the experience. I never expected to leave a hair appointment injured. The haircut was uneven as well; not sure if that's how textured cuts are supposed to be, but overall it added to my disappointment. I really wanted to love this place but just couldn't. Honestly expected more from a stylist that cut hair with more than 20 yrs of experience.

My hair was done by Leticia I believe her name was. Receptionist told me she was very experienced…read morewith doing balayage but on the day of my appointment and sitting in the chair while the girl was doing a balayage I asked if she has ever done balayage and she said no. I was about to have a heart attack but by then she already was half done. The other major red flag was that all the foils were positioned on my face and I could barely see. I thought that was very stupid since no hair stylist had ever done that to me, well it gets worse, 2 hours after I left this place, my entire face became inflamed to the point that I started looking unrecognizable I was so scared I thought I would have to go to the hospital! Obviously, this was caused because this person that should not be touching anyone's hair until she takes hair classes put all foils and chemicals directly on my face. The owner didn't t even offer refund. When I went days later after my face was back to normal to another hair salon to get a 2nd opinion , he said basically it looks like this girl just put my hair in a pony tail and painted the tail and left the shaft dark color! In short, please don't let this girl touch your hair. She should not be doing hair. I wasted a few hundred dollars for not a balayage and for nearly going to hospital from my horribly inflamed face! How scary and disappointing!

I was in search of a hairstylist after moving away from my hometown. My hometown hairstylist had…read morelooked after my hair since I was in middle school. She knew my hair perfectly, after all of life's changes and it was really hard to find someone to match that. I searched for 7 years. In that time, I had many bad haircuts, went years without a haircut, and took to (badly) coloring my own hair. Finally, God had mercy on my unkempt hair and decided to send Narmin to me. Oh, what an amazing gift it has been! She is so thorough and meticulous. She never rushes. She is so professional in her craft. She has an amazing eye for detail, and what vision! She picked the PERFECT color for me and she cut LIFE back into my hair! Do you know what a miracle that is for a tired mum of three boys?? Once again, my hair has body and looks sophisticated. Plus, it is easy to care for! What have I done to deserve this? I hate to say this but (gasp) she is even better than my old hair stylist! And the cherry on top is that she is a lovely, lovely person. It's wonderful to get to know her! I've seen her several times and she is the real deal. Your hair is in great hands with Narmin!

The only reason why we went here was bc my hair lady was out of town the week of my daughters senior photo shoot. I thought that was a bit much. I'm a frequent visitor to the hair salon for years to do my hair and the toner for highlights was always included in the service. I thought that was odd with this service. You're stuck with orange or yellow hair unless you pay extra for toner. Only thing I liked was the place and she was quick. I don't think we will be going here again. I'll take my business back to my hair stylist

I followed her to the super cute Salon Bloom when she left Platinum Lashes because she is THAT great! She's a sweetheart and our appointments just fly by. Marie found the right length and curl so my lashes always look great. I get tons of compliments and my lashes feel so soft and fluffy and comfortable. I feel like I don't need any other makeup now. Initially I was worried extensions would damage natural lashes but I feel like my lashes (and eyes themselves) are actually in better condition now and after this many years of extensions I would know. I think they all around feel better because I'm not scrubbing mascara off anymore or rubbing itchy mascara into my eyes! I could not go back to mascara!
