Security could be improved, gated access seems to work fairly well, but non boat owners/guests were still getting in somehow. If you have dockage near the perimeter wall beware: The people of Montreal like to throw gum, cigarettes, paper wrappers and what ever else they can onto your decks. We had to do a walk-around each morning to check for debris. Not terrible vandalism, but it was a hassle. Location is excellent, very busy on the weekends, weekdays are a bit more quiet. Overall not a bad facility in an urban enviroment.

Luckily my man is his captain so we have had a chance to hang out and find out first hand about the services in this Marina. The staff is uber (even better than super I assure you), friendly and accommodating. The facilities include bathroom, showers and laundry, we were told that all the docks were changed last year which is clear as it is all spiffy, and thanks to the staff always well kept. We have had the opprtunity to meet some very cool visitors (one of which is a Marina owner in Virginia), and they echo the thought that this is one of the best they have used, go Montreal! They have shuttle service for the seasonal people, free ice, free wi-fi, the water and electrical supplied has been consistent. The location is ideal for being close to the action, the only down side, which is not at all a reflection on the Marina, is the lack of decent grocerie supply places in the Old Montreal.
