Based on that information, she agreed to have it done. However, after the service was already completed, we were suddenly told we had to pay for it. If there had been a charge from the beginning, we could have made an informed decision. Instead, the price changed only after the service was finished, which felt misleading and unfair. Mistakes happen, but a business they should honor what they tell their customers, especially when the customer relied on that information before receiving the service. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling taken advantage of, and we won't be returning.

The process was explained well and the technician, I can't remember her name, did a great job. There is some discomfort, they are ripping hair from your nose, but not like I imagined. There's usually one or two ladies working, but even if it's just one, the wait isn't too bad. Since Covid, they ask that only 3 people be seated in the waiting room at a time and require masks for entrance. They have a rewards system and give you a card to get signed after each visit. Come 10 times and on your 11th visit, it's free! Not too bad considering your paying under $10 to get your eyebrows threaded to begin with. Mine usually last for more than 3 weeks. Stop by when you need your brows done!

They'll tell you any issues they see, and they also tell you your scalp type and what it needs most. They take you back in a room where you lay down and give you scalp and head massages, use variety of products, and really take the time to give you great service (hair extensions are more). When you're done, they take you to the dryer room and you get tea and cookies. Such a nice way to end the experience. The drying room has really great, high level accessories (Dyson) and my blow out looked wonderful. I don't live here but I'd highly recommend checking it out!

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and I always get a "Brazilian" or "Armpit" wax. My last…read morevisit I wanted to do a full bikini and it was brought to my attention that the labia hair is not removed after my appointment. I felt uncomfortable and called to request a clean up. They told me moving forward if I want all hair removed from the front they will charge me for a brazilian ($65) which in my opinion is "cutting corners" with pricing and service. Reason being is that I do NOT want a butt strip. At European Wax Center they only charge me ($56) for a FULL bikini up to my standards. I also came by today wanting to purchase their "clarifying" spray because I do enjoy their line of products. The front desk lady had no interest on helping me look for the product and I walked out without my purchase I wanted. I'am disappointed with the company and will no longer be giving my business here. I hope my review gave some insight to future and present customers.
