The desserts were a hit or a miss depending on taste, but they good ones are 100% ecstasy. The negative experience we had was the sewage smell on the lower decks 2-3. Sometimes it went upstairs. The other was that the room was waaaay to crowded and there was no plugs for our electronics. None. I called customer service and they gave us a standard wall plugin to borrow. If you do go remember to make your room central because then you can be in the center of where you go. The spa and acupuncture are amazing - we are addicted Overall we had a great time, and a good experience on the ship. The food and drinks were memorable!

We addressed this at pickup and filed a lost luggage incident with them. It is now September and our issue still is not resolved. Warning, I highly recommend to keep your luggage with you upon your return. It has been a nightmare to work with RC to reimburse or find our luggage.

Great customer service and for $8.00 per piece of luggage for storage it was sooo worth it. One word to the wise, if you paid for transportation to and from the airport thru Carnival you must take their ride as soon as you disembark upon returning to Tampa...Luckily I had remembered the name of the agent with Carnival who told us that we could take the shuttle bus at ANY time to get back to the airport but found out that was untrue. Luckily the bus had returned to bring passengers for the next cruise out and we were able to ride back to the airport with him. I will say the Tampa Port for Carnival S.U.C.K.S. and the cruise itself was, well, lets just say I expected everyone to have mullets and be missing the majority of their teeth. NEVER AGAIN for that port.

As a senior handicapped woman, it can be more than challenging. Mark researched every option to be sure I would be comfortable and safe. We were able to see everything in a couple of days including Versailles, climbing up to the top of Notre Dame for the best views, and even some not to well-known places like Basilica of Saint-Denis (which is the burial place of all the kings and queens of France).
