All tips go to a make a wish foundation. This is great! The drinks were incredible!! The food was amazing and all fruit was fresh. The desserts were a hit or a miss depending on taste, but they good ones are 100% ecstasy. The negative experience we had was the sewage smell on the lower decks 2-3. Sometimes it went upstairs. The other was that the room was waaaay to crowded and there was no plugs for our electronics. None. I called customer service and they gave us a standard wall plugin to borrow. If you do go remember to make your room central because then you can be in the center of where you go. The spa and acupuncture are amazing - we are addicted Overall we had a great time, and a good experience on the ship. The food and drinks were memorable!

Port changes are made with little to no accountability, then quietly justified through contract language that protects profits while stripping customers of meaningful recourse. What feels like a classic bait-and-switch--selling itineraries that entice bookings, only to later alter or remove key ports--is effectively rubber-stamped by fine print designed to shield the company rather than serve paying guests. Even worse is the near-total lack of executive responsiveness. Customer service channels lead nowhere. Escalations disappear into the void. Executive leadership remains unreachable while customers are told to accept changes, absorb losses, and move on. This is not how a company that claims to value loyalty, trust, or transparency should operate. Instead of standing behind the experience they sell, Celebrity Cruise Line's leadership has chosen to: * Hide behind legal technicalities * Ignore legitimate customer complaints * Normalize itinerary changes without fair reimbursement * Prioritize shareholder profit over customer integrity Customers deserve accountability, transparency, and fair compensation--not silence and scripted apologies. Until Celebrity Cruise Line's executive management demonstrates genuine concern for customers and revisits these practices, I cannot recommend this cruise line to anyone who values honesty and ethical business conduct. I had been looking into various packages on my own, and was getting so frustrated. Angel not only took over, she was responsive and positive throughout. Her customer service is exemplary. What made my family's Disney getaway even better is the care package that she sent to my daughter and her friend. It was packed with Disney goodies and the girls were in on Cloud 9! And even better? When we got to the hotel, we received perks (only 10/day for parking, vs 30) that I know I would not have received had I booked this on my own. Now I can't speak to savings for everyone, but I know that I booked far enough in advance and I saved several hundred from what I was calculating when I started to research hotels and Disney passes. But if I hadn't saved a dime, I would use Angel again (and plan to) and again. She is a joy to work with. Thank you, Angel, for making our getaway all it could be!

    It has been months of seemingly unending issues all stemming from my father and I having the same…read morefirst and last name. How hard can this be....I can't imagine this is the first time two people with the same name have traveled to disney world at the same time. Endless emails and phone calls for the last 7 months to try and get it all sorted out and its still not correct. After getting my reservations and race registrations corrected it now appears like my fathers have disappeared. I never got any kind of invoice and receipt of any kind. I still get emails that say a payment is due even though I paid in full months ago. Whats the point of a travel agent if I need to contact Disney myself directly to get any answer or resolutions. would not recommend unless you headaches and stress.
