Mrs. Brown showed up at my door as we had previously scheduled with homemade oatmeal cookies in hand. She serviced our carpeted family room, living room, dining room, master bedroom and closet. Our low grade carpet from when we purchased a brand new home is about five years old, well worn with pets, honestly, my wife and I talk about replacing the carpet, but why? Nicole and Michael whole heartedly make the carpet look brand new. The high traffic areas get a little spots on them, the surface of the carpet looks fuzzy and worn, and we're thinking now it's time to replace the carpet, they do their job on it and it looks brand new! I think the spots are just part of the carpet now, they clean them, completely gone. They spray the carpet with this very pleasant citrus spray, go over it with a rotating machine and really clean it. We have two cats, are constantly vacuuming the carpet and one of them has a habit of throwing up almost daily, we have cleaned the spots off the carpet so many times and when Michael and Nicole come we wonder why we ever stressed about it at all, the carpet looks brand new again. Having true professionals who really get in and do it right add to the quality environment in our home because everything smells and looks clean and new. Using them is like very good maintenance and I think it probably makes the carpet last longer. I know one thing, I don't feel like replacing it after they come. This company has great values, very dependable, and just really good people. Super reasonable pricing, I Highly highly highly recommend!

I used Yelp's service to request a quote from several carpet cleaning services and Seth from…read moreChem-Dry was one of the first to respond to my inquiry! Over the phone, I explained that I had two rugs that needed to go a serious, serious deep cleaning -- one rug is about the size of a runner and the other was more of an area rug (8x10). After speaking over the phone and receiving the most competitive offer I had heard to date, we agreed on a time and date for rug pick-up. I emphasized that this just was NOT a rush, as both of these heavily soiled rugs are only used in my classroom - and since it is Summer time - no need for them anytime soon! Since I was receiving such a great deal, I did not want to place any unneeded pressure on them. Later that week, a Chem-Dry representative arrived to my door right on time to retrieve the two rugs. After a few days, I received a text message from Seth that indicated the rugs were finished, and we arranged a mutually convenient time for drop-off. Seth hand-delivered the rugs himself to my home, and boy did they look different! All of the kiddie germs and encrusted dirt were 100% gone! All that remained were the rugs in their near original form - a bright colorful square patterned carpet - and the lingering aroma of a recent deep, deep cleaning. As an afterthought, it would have been nice if I had taken a before and after picture to really show readers how filthy these rugs were! But you'll just have to take my word for it :) Overall, I am very pleased with Chem-Dry's flexibility and willingness to accommodate customer needs and preferences. Based on my single experience, I would attest that this company is run by a gentleman who is determined to beat other estimates and provide you with the best (and most realistic) carpet cleaning service possible.
