Not a bad shop, staff seem friendly and know about some of the sports in detail! There are bigger and better stores located within the midlands unfortunately i dont believe this is one of them! They shock some amazing brands, such as Ted Baker, Miss Sixty, Great Plains & Firetrap for the girls and Peter Werth, Modern Amusement, Firetrap and Full Circle for the boys, plus many others. You'll find the boys stuff on the ground floor and then there are another two floors filled with gorgeous womenswear. They also hold a large amount of items that are priced under £20, which make great gifts. Best of all, they gift wrap everything for free. What more could you ask for.

The downsides to this store is it does generally look like a jumble sale if you get there after 10am and you do have to rummage through quite a lot of tat to get the bargains. The store itself is clean and tidy, the changing rooms are also tidy and the cubicles are a good size. The staff are also very helpful.

There are also cash tills all over the store, so if one queue is super long, just head to another level and find one that isn't. The customer service here is either really great or good. But I've never experienced anyone who didn't care about me or was rude. There are no toilets, but the Starbucks across the way might let you use theirs. Some hidden seating for The Spouse... but best to go alone or have them meet you towards the end of your shop. I tend to get carried away with all the cheap and discount deals and could be there for hours!

The ranges are from Irregular choice to independent brands and novelty chic shoes. I do like this shop, the prices can be a little high however, it is what you expect from such quality items. They have however decent sales they offer in january and may especially with offers ranging from twenty to forty pounds off. The main downside to the store is that it doesnt regularly stock shoes in a womens three or four which often leaves me wishing my feet would grow!
