I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Magic Smile was truly unacceptable. From the start, the setup felt unprofessional and disorganized. During the treatment, my lip was actually burned, which is completely unacceptable for any cosmetic service. Cleanliness was a concern -- I repeatedly spit into what appeared to be a dirty plastic bucket, which raised additional red flags. Overall, the environment felt careless and poorly managed. I got the VIP whitening treatment & she let me run to the bank to get cash so i could acquire a discount. sad to say my teeth were pretty discolored from years of staining from various sources, however i left with much whiter teeth. you receive a whitening pen as well which i will start using tonight. Buyer Beware! Let me start by saying I'm leaving this review as a WARNING to others. I never leave bad reviews. If I'm not happy, I shut up. But here I have to warn others. My lip got burned and swollen from the treatment, as my photo shows. It was $200 - for two 15 minute sessions! Total rip off pricing. The gel and device were super low quality in my opinion and just looked so cheap. First, the entire operation looks and feels like a side hustle from start to finish. It's a small room, with a cash register and 2 curtains. The lady who rings you up and hands you forms to sign also does the work. Basically it was a one person show. The lady applied some gel like thing on my teeth and put me under a cheap blue light LED machine. The thing shifted away the second she placed it. It's a cheap machine. The blue light was shifting away from my face right away. I can barley talk to her because they have your mouth held open by a plastic device. I'm trying to tell this lady that this blue light isn't even on my face as she's leaving me to work with other customers. She then tried over and over to adjust it so it wouldn't move. But no hope. It's just a cheap machine. When it was over she said it's ok if the blue light isn't focused on your teeth, because it's the gel that does 99% of the work. So if that's true, then basically it seems that the blue light is just part of the "show". Wow pretty scary. Because she got whitening paste on my lip, it burned me. My lip got very swollen and burned and turned white. Now this ripoff price, unprofessional operation, just turned potentially dangerous from a health perspective. That's when I said I have to leave a bad review. Normally I pay and shut up if I'm not happy. I couldn't do that, because people will continue to get happen to them what happened to me. When it was all over, it wasn't the 45 min as misleadingly advertised (see my pic) it was 2 - 15 min sessions - which is 30 mins. So clearly they add preparation time in, but that's very misleading. So basically 2 15 minute sessions for $200! Plus tax and tip! At the end if you pay cash you get an incentive. But I told her I wasn't happy with the treatment and putting it as mildly as I could, I told her such. She offered me a $20 instant discount. I gave her the full $200, and told her I didn't need a discount. I of course never got a receipt, she just took the money. I didn't want a discount, at that point it was more important to me to warn others ASAP. read more

Came here during COVID to get my teeth whitened after 2 years. Andrjana was such a sweetheart! My teeth had a slight grayish tint to it and I'm honestly not sure how that's even possible but Andrjana reassured me that within 2-4 sessions it'll be gone. Brenda, my technician, was phenomenal, very friendly and attentive. However, and it's probably of the formula they're using and the absence of trays, the process and the results were horrible. My gums were horribly burning the entire time. I ended the process earlier and the sensation on my gums was really horrendous. The day after, they have multiple blue spots that are bleeding. Some spots are just bleeding and are not blue. It looks extremely ugly and obviously no good can come out of such a massive chemical burn. I would not recommend this to anybody. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The process is really fast - two 15-minute sessions which goes by quickly. I do have to say that it's not as formal as a dentist office. The application process felt like it was less than a minute: gel is quickly slabbed on and petroleum jelly used to cover your gums and lips, but it worked! My teeth came out about 2 shades whiter, and I had very little sensitivity afterwards. In addition, Andrijana was super sweet and so pleasant. I bought another 2 sessions right off the bat. The booking process was very easy, and they had a lot of availability which is great for a busy schedule or if you need to squeeze in an appointment last minute.
