Magic Scott entertained our summer camp group. He kept the group of 70 kids engaged and excited for the magic tricks.

Magic Scott Marshall is a MUST book! First off, I had to pivot my girls birthday party plans due to weather issues, and reached out to him the day prior to the party through yelp. He responded within 10 minutes with information about the show, length, price and that he was available..again, the day before! Amazing! He was professional, kind, and had great communication through the whole booking process. He showed up early to set up. He was so kind and understood that kids (ages 2-10) were slowly gathering to get ready for the show and was so flexible. The whole show, all the kids (and even adults) were entertained! My oldest daughter (5) said that this was the best part of her birthday party. Book Magic Scott Marshall!! Highly recommend! read more

Magic Scott Marshall was absolutely outstanding! He performed at our sons 6th birthday and we had kids from age 4-10 years old. I have never seen the kids laugh that hard or be engaged for a long period of time. He was so entertaining, the adults loved him too! And the magic was SO fun! So many jaw dropping, how'd he do that, moments. I also loved how easy it was to coordinate everything. He made this party extra special and now I need another reason to book him asap! read more

Magic Scott was amazing! He performed for my daughter's 4th birthday party and I was blown away how he managed to captivate a large group of 4-7 year olds. He has an amazing ability to interact with kids and he kept them laughing the whole time. He also was very responsive and made scheduling easy and stress-free. I highly recommend hiring him - you will not be disappointed! read more

We hired Scott to perform for my birthday and we had such a blast! We were a group of 40-ish year-old, post brunch and drinking martinis, and Scott definitely rolled with the vibe. We were all delighted with the show. Magic is for all ages! Highly recommend. read more

Marshall was very professional and communicative. He responded quickly. Eased my mind by confirming all details the day before. I really appreciated that so I didn't have to feel like I was bugging him. He was punctual and super engaging with the kids. All the kids were amazed by everything they didn't want him to leave. He was sweet enough to engage with them as he was packing up. I appreciated him being a part of our event. read more

Magic Scott easily kept a room of 5-6 year olds entertained with his terrific stage presence and magic tricks. Every single kid was engaged, participating, laughing, and having a great time. I loved his sense of humor (and extra kuddos to him for throwing in jokes for the parents too). He was super easy to communicate with, prompt, and easy to work with. Highly recommend! read more

We had a birthday party for a one year old today and I was looking for a balloon artist because the kids are only ages 1-6 but Yelp suggested Magic Scott and we were so glad it did. All the kids were intrigued, even the birthday girl, and the parents were entertained. Highly recommend. read more

Keeping a group of kids entertained is tough. It is especially tough when the kids are mixed ages, and many of the kids don't know each other. Scott managed to flawlessly entertain a group of 3-9 year-olds. The kids were either laughing or mesmerized the whole time. Even the grown-ups were entertained. His magic was legitimately impressive. His kid skills were even more impressive. Also, he helped me untangle a terribly knotted group of balloons so that each kid could take home a balloon - when he wasn't on the clock. He genuinely went above and beyond what we expected. If you are considering hiring him, you won't be disappointed. read more

Scott performed at my son's birthday party today and he was terrific. Super easy to work with in advance, showed up early, and even entertained anxious kids before he was "officially" scheduled to start. His show was fun, interactive and enjoyed by the (sometimes rowdy) kids and adults. He handled the 8 year old hecklers like a pro. My son was pretty nervous when he was called up for the last trick, but Scott handled it all so well and made my son comfortable. All of the parents kept asking how we found Scott and commented on how great he was. Thanks! read more

Scott performed for my son's 1st birthday party. This guy was AMAZING! I cannot stress enough how impressed my whole party and I were with his show. He was great with the kids with his relaxed and joking attitude but also kept them in line throughout the show. We had a large party of about 60 people ranging in age from 1 to 87 and he captivated them all! read more

Scott performed for my daughters's 5th birthday. He was sensational. He had 15 3-5 yr olds seated in sheer delight for 45 minutes. He is an incredible entertainer and great guy. Hire him for you child's birthday party! He is a special person! read more

Scott performed at my daughter's birthday and I got more than my money's worth! He was punctual and sharply-dressed. We had a guest list ranging from ages 0-70 and he was able to delight them all with up-close magic. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, he is great with children. He was also quite a hit with the pre-teen crowd; which was such a relief as they can be hard to impress! Before the party, he asked me what kind of magic (rotating and up close or a show) I wanted and what the age range of the group would be. During and after his performance, he checked in with me to make sure I was happy. His flexibility and professionalism were as impressive as his talents. Thank you so much, Scott. You really helped make my daughter's first birthday a wonderful, memorable event. read more

My favorite magician in LA! I've seen him perform several times, and his ability to engage a crowd with both his personality and his illusions is superb. Highly recommended! read more

Thank you for the amazing birthday magic show! All of our guests were raving about your performance & our son was beaming with joy!

Scott was great. Performed kid friendly tricks for my daughter's 5th birthday. The kids were rowdy at times, but Scott rolled with the punches. Even made my daughter float! Would recommend. read more

I've seen this magician perform at the Magic Castle, at a wedding, and at special events like the Street Food Cinema screenings. He's amazing! He's great with kids and adults alike, very talented, and super professional. If you're considering hiring him - do it with confidence! He will not disappoint. read more

Scott was amazing! I surprised my husband with Magic Scott for his 70th birthday party. Why I chose a magician, I don't know. I just wanted some entertainment for kids and adults. When Scott first arrived my husband did not look pleased with my clever "idea." Importantly, Scott was not at all flustered with the body language he saw when he first walked in. Thank god my husband decided to rally. Once he did, both he and Scott were great. Scott was as good at the engagement as he was at the magic - Scott won over the audience and a good time was had by all! By the way - this review was read and approved by my husband!! read more

Scott Marshall performed at my wedding, and he was a wonderful addition to the special day. I asked Scott to perform for the guests before the ceremony. Since he was the first thing the guests would see throughout the whole evening, he had the arduous task of setting the mood for the entire event. Adding to that pressure, he also had to perform for a group that wasn't expecting a magic show, since it was a pre-ceremony surprise for the guests. Within the twenty minute window given to him, he had all the guests seated, engaged, laughing with his unique blend of magic and humor. When other aspects of the wedding were running a little behind schedule, Scott, being a true professional, was able to adjust and keep the audience entertained a little longer than originally planned so we'd have time to get ready without the guests any the wiser. He got our wedding off to a great start and the night only got better from then on. I'm so happy Scott was a part of my wedding. Because I was so happy with the job Scott did at my wedding, I hired him again the next time I had the opportunity. Scott exceeded my expectations again. I asked Scott to perform a short set during a burlesque show I produce. I didn't give Scott many guidelines for what I'd like him to do, besides the length I'd like the set to be, the theme of the show (which was Wizard of Oz Themed), and a description of the space. I knew Scott would give a good performance, but I was really impressed with how much effort he put into creating a special performance that was really customized for our show. I'm looking forward to having Scott back at our next performance. read more

Scott Marshall is a regular performer in a monthly burlesque show I produce. He is a valuable member of our show who constantly goes above and beyond. He is not only a great performer but he also goes out of his way to be flexible and help out with our show however he can. I would highly recommend hiring Scott Marshall for your event. He really cares about giving a great performance and making each event the best it can be. read more

I just saw him perform at a kids' birthday and he was exceptional. He captivated children and entertained parents. I plan to hire him!

Scott Marshall made my daughter's birthday magical indeed! He was professional throughout the booking, punctual for the event, and a huge hit with our group of 7 year old girls. The kids love the magic, and the adults love the timing and humor he brings. He also made it extra special for our birthday girl by making her the star of the show at the end. I absolutely recommend Scott for your event! read more

WOW!!! What a hit!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Scott performed incredible magic acts at our son's 9th birthday party that still have us all shocked and amazed!! He is incredibly good with children and was able to keep everyone engaged and focused on his act - not an easy feat with a group of 25 8-10 year olds! He brought Rudy the rabbit, who was a big hit!! Scott weaves a great sense of humor into his magic, which the children and adults both enjoyed. Scott was incredibly professional. He communicated clearly with me before the event, arrived promptly, brought all materials he needed for the show, and mingled well. I would highly recommend Scott. Our party was a huge hit and we are grateful to Scott for such an amazing show! read more

Scott Marshall and his assistant performed at my mother's 80th birthday party. He was fantastic! He arrived on time, began his show on time, and his show was both amazing and funny. We engaged the services of Magic Scott Marshall (who by the way was recommended to us) for our 7-year old daughter's Easter party. Mr. Marshall was a 5-STAR hit! The kids liked him better than the easter egg hunt, the golden egg prizes, the food, and the games. I highly recommend Mr. Marshall for any and all events, and for all ages. Mr. Marshall is the real deal and deal at that! read more

Highly recommend. We hired Scott to entertain almost 20 kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 10 years old. Scott arrived on time, had all his own gear and props, waited patiently as our guests arrived and even entertained children with card tricks while we waited for everyone to gather. When it was time to start Scott captivated the children for a full hour with a fantastic magic show. There were many giggles and claps and quite a bit of audience participation. The show transcends age and gender. It was fun for everyone. Scott has a fantastic way with children. I would absolutely hire Scott again. read more

I had the good fortune of seeing Scott Marshall perform mind-blowing magic in Hollywood. I have no idea how he did any of it but was amazed. Aside from being a talented magician, he was also a great storyteller and very funny. An all-around entertainer. A great performance and a great time, I can't wait to see him again! read more

Scott performed at my son's 4th birthday party this weekend and he was terrific. His professionalism and experience were evident as he never skipped a beat with interruptions and comments from the little ones. We hired Scott Marshall to entertain at my seven year old daughter's birthday party yesterday, a big party with many kids of varying ages and lots of adults, too. Right from the start Scott was polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and was quick with replies. Upon arrival he had to park pretty far away, but he cheerfully hauled his props from his car without complaint. He was gentle with the many children encroaching upon his space as he set up. The show was funny and the magic was quality. He knows how to work a kid audience. They ate it up. Everyone loved it. Many parents approached me after the show to say they really enjoyed Scott and expressed interest in hiring him for future events. I was so happy. It's not easy to drop a wad of cash on kid's party entertainment, so knowing the show was genuinely enjoyed made it all worthwhile. All along Scott was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. I rarely rush to write yelp reviews, but as a small business owner on yelp myself I know how much it matters. Scott is worthy of your business. read more
