I love this family owned shop! The nail techs are so much fun; they talk and joke with all the customers and just have a great time working. They also do an excellent job making sure the customer gets exactly what they want. It's very professional and clean! I make the extra 40 minute drive north just to spend time with these folks! read more

Magic Nails - HORRIBLE NAILS SHOWED A PICTURE THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE IT I WOULD SUGGEST NOT GOING THERE! - Nail Salons Near Me - Little Falls, Minnesota

My experience at Magic Nails yesterday was horrible. Should have known when the man on the phone told me to "bring money." Rude. Talking over me in their language knowing I don't know what they're smirking about. As I was leaving I asked of I cold use the restroom, the young man said, quite loudly, "If you flush." No thank you. Arrogant. Condescending. Cluttered environment. It seems as though they can't stand their craft, customers, and workplace. read more

Had a wonderful experience at Magic nails. It's very clean and the staff is professional and courteous. This was my first visit and they made me feel very welcomed - and my nails looks great! I will never return! Horrible customer service! I have tried on a few separate occasions and each time I walk out of there saying I WILL NEVER GO BACK! This last experience put the icing on the cake! I walk into the store I am the only customer and there are four employees none of which greeted me. I had to ask if they had any appointments available they all mumbled pointed to the nail polish when I asked for gel polish they grunted and pointed to the other direction....I should've just walked out then and there. It only got worse! They younger guy working there on my nails sure didn't like that I asked a question about the removal of gel polish...didn't realize they were going to grind it off my nails...when that was complete...the polish I chose was almost out and it was not turning out to be the color on the sample...he was not happy that I was disappointed in the color, he asked if I wanted another color...I said sure if you don't mind...that when he snapped and said "you are the one paying for it". Then another gal walks in...so the female worker came and sat by our station...I would guess her comment to the guy working on my nails was not a pleasant one... considering she sighed loudly and rolled her eyes as she sat down. Me being me still trying to make a little small talk to the guy doing my nails completely ignored anything that I would ask him. When he was done he got up didn't say a word to me walked away. I didn't know if I was nails were done or not sat there for a couple more minutes ask the other lady can I go? I will NEVER GO BACK worst freaking experience ever! Do not go there it is AWEFUL!!l Spend your money elsewhere! read more

Do not give them your credit card. They charged mine twice on two separate occasions. The first time, I thought it was an error, and had it cleared up with the credit card company. The second time, I realized it must be intentional fraud on their part. Clearly, I will not be going there again. read more

I've been there a couple times. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on. For one, they do not make small talk to their customers. They are overall, rude. Secondly when I asked for a callous remover treatment, they get all upset about the "cheesegrater". I have never let anyone use that thing on my feet, even when they were legal. There are other things out there to remove painful callouses. They don't know of any, and when I suggested them "I have never heard of it". So that tells me, they don't know their own business. Then I was condescendingly told I didn't have callouses that was my skin. Well I am sorry but I think I will believe a person with a medical degree, over someone with a certificate, that I do indeed have callouses! Also they use the dremel to file down the gel nail polish which is not good for your nails. They should wrap them in nail polish remover and foil, yet when asked, they say "I've never heard of that." I was less than impressed, spend your money elsewhere is my advice. read more
