I paid you an additional $1200 when asked above your estimate in an attempt to make sure that I was being fair to you and your crew. I am unsatisfied with the following: 1. The painting of the missed areas above the sound panels in my master bedroom was never completed even after several requests. 2. Paint was spilled on my new carpet in the theater. I spent $200 for a carpet cleaner to confirm that this is paint. They were able to get most of it out but unfortunately this spot will always feel crusty. 3. Glue was spilled on my new hardwood floors in several places in the master bedroom. The floors were obviously not covered at all times as promised. 4. The walls, baseboards and door jams around the areas you painted were left very dirty and scuffed up and this was not remedied even after several requests.

We did end up adding to the project because when we looked at the amazing new paint job next to existing paint, we wanted to paint more of the exterior, and his painters happily accommodated our requests. The final job looks amazing and the additional work was at minimal additional cost. I actually told him we should pay him more (he refused) - his guys did such a great job!
