Just don't go! Half of the games don't work, the staff is miserable, everything is so poorly maintained. It's sad really!

Horribly maintained putt putt golf course. The entire arcade was dirty, half the machines are not working. The golf course was the worse though. Quite frankly it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Broken stairs rail road ties sticking up out of the ground everywhere. Trash everywhere. My nephews were on the go cart course and the workers were completely unprofessional, he wanted the boys to stop and just threw cones into the middle of the track and when they didn't see the signal to stop he got upset and threw a sign. We definitely won't be back.

A while back, Greg and I had the pleasure of entertaining his two little cousins Jack and Andrew, ages eight and thirteen. They were in town from Arizona sans parents for two weeks. We were constantly looking for things to do to keep them busy and prevent them from arguing with each other. One of our most successful outings was to Magic Mountain Fun Center East. It was sunny when we got there and began our round of miniature golf. But, this is Ohio, and within an hour the sun gave way to a gray sky and a torrential downpour. That didn't stop us from finishing our game. We were soaked to the bone, but with no lightning, we didn't feel we were at risk. The rain soaked the carpeted greens and hampered my game a bit. I had quite the lead before it started, but by the last hole, Greg suckered me by three strokes. Back inside, we munched on pizza then geared up for arcade games. We played the classics like pinball and air hockey, then got a little more competitive on the interactive racing horses. Greg and I mounted the artificial stallions and jumped up and down working up a gallop until my calves nearly fell out of my legs. Needless to say, I lost the race. Meanwhile, Jack and Andrew were exchanging their tickets with some slightly disgruntled employees for sticky hands, which they later flung at each other until another fight ensued. Also at the fun center were an indoor playland for kids, batting cages, and separate go-cart tracks for both adult and pint size drivers 48-58" tall. Greg and I decided to save those activities for next year's visit from the kids. Once we've tried everything at Magic Mountain East, we may have to upgrade to the Polaris center to test out the bumper boats and the laser tag arena.

A majority of the games are busted but they don't have out of order signs so you find out the hard way. I've lost at least $20

Smaller than you'd expect. Very loud. Pretty dirty. Way over-priced. I really can't say much more than that.

But, friend, I warn you now, there's no such thing here anymore. The water doesn't flow anymore, or maybe only for a little bit, because the pools of water are stagnant putrid ponds filled with scum and garbage. The course is falling apart, but not in a charming way, we lost our balls more than once. The steps are crumbling and dangerous, and if you play at night (they are open until 9 or 10 pm most nights) it's basically lit by the street lights of the nearby highway. Good luck finding a toilet that someone else couldn't quite figure out so they just pooped on the rim of the toilet seat. And there's solicitation on the regular I was approached several times to buy a cd for some rap group. A CD?!? In 2025? Get on Spotify like a normal sell out. The place smells like of mixed cinnamon with ammonia. So be wary, fellow traveler, mini golf holds a special place in my heart. But it's places like this that turn that place in my heart to a clogged ventricle and leads to collapse. Demand at least subpar standards from your mini golf, people, this is America, dammit. Instead of spending a night a magic mountain, it's more like spending a night bald mountain.

The staff was also awesome. Blake was helpful in maintaining the line and entertaining the kids while we waited for the cinema. His joy was infectious and he seemed to love his job. A woman was helping the minifigure walk around to meet the kids and noticed my kids were so excited; she made an effort to circle back even after he'd gone into the staff only area and I was so grateful. I wish I'd gotten her name because she went above and beyond. We had a pretzel with cheese and a drink while we were there. The food was fine, typical for this sort of place, but we needed a moment to reset since we stayed for about 3 hours. My kids loved both of the rides and we did them several times. We watched three of the movies and then my kids (8 and 4) enjoyed playing with Legos and the play area. I'm glad we were able to take advantage of a July 4th coupon but overall it was a great value and I would recommend a visit to anyone interested in Legos.

We were exhausted by the time we left from the stairs, which made it a perfect hot weekend activity! I have two suggestions: First, the staff wasn't super helpful. The woman who checked me in paused during the process so she could get candy from a coworker and then ate it while talking to me. There were no instructions given - I wasn't sure where to find the sliding pads, I wasn't sure of any of the rules, and I would have just appreciated a little more. The workers on the slides just seemed to be standing around. I asked for instructions when I went on my first slide and I didn't get the impression the young worker wanted to answer my question, nor was he monitoring to ensure the landing area was cleared before another slider went down. People were being pretty careful, but it wasn't very crowded, and I felt it could have easily become a problem. My family of four paid $140 for 90 minutes of play time plus $6 to rent a locker, so I expected more. The building itself was a little hard to find with our GPS; I feel like the signage could be bigger.

Visiting from New Hampshire Will recommend…read more Would return I actually wasn't quite sure how I was going to feel about this park after reading all of the reviews I kind of felt like I didn't wanna go, but let me just reassure you please make that decision based upon your own experience because mine was very different than what the reviews I was reading about There is plenty of parking you do not have to print your tickets The big issue they're making about coolers is really not that big of an issue. You just have to leave your cooler outside of where the water area is. There's a big covered area where the coolers go, and there was more than a dozen to two dozen coolers left in there and people would just come out of the water area and get their coolers, which was no more than a five minute walk less than Also, there was some complaints about not being able to bring food in there with you again the food you cannot bring into the water area, but you can bring anything you want in the cooler area and honestly, can you only imagine what the water would look like if you allowed all of these people bringing in all this food I was able to rent a locker to fit a beach bag with two towels, two pairs of shoes and a water bottle for $12 all day There was plenty of open chairs to sit on even if you wanted to leave your towels on the chairs nobody was going to be taking your towels I even seen wallets and phones As for the food, sure if you wanna eat before then that would be a great idea. My husband and I each had a chicken finger sandwich that had three large pieces of chicken tender on it and they were hand battered chicken tenders and they were $16 apiece with a bag of chips whatever we were hungry we ate it. It wasn't totally disgusting. We had no lines no waiting for the slides. There are large amount of stairs to the slides, which is why we ended up needing some food during our time here. I also want to point out that all of these waterslides are for multiple riders meaning 2 to 4 there is two slides in the whole park that are single rider slides The park was clean. I went to water parks before it just looks like a waterpark. There wasn't an overabundance of trash, floating in the water like it says there wasn't piles of shit like it says. As for the lifeguards, I also read that they are not very friendly. I find that to be faults. They are all doing their job there so they're not going to go out of their way to interact with you. If you speak to them, you will get spoken back to you, but as you will watch and see them, they are very aggressively doing their jobs So please again make your own review. Don't just not go because of what you're reading and I hope that my review will help you to get there to decide.
