DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They shouldn't ever get 1 star. First Lori was going to cancel my…read moreorder the day before the party because I wanted to make a phone call to see about arranging for chairs from somewhere else opposed to using theirs. Was reluctant to let me speak to the owner. Total bitch. Then the day of the party I called a few times, got no answer, emailed to check on an eta because my party was starting and no one had showed up. Lori finally answered and said that they were at my location for 30 minutes banging on my door. I told her absolutely not they were not at my location. I asked for an eta. She said she would call me back. She never called back. She sent me to voicemail every single time and then she texted me from a different number saying exactly this. "They will not make it to my location today because they are already running late from being at my location so long. I will refund your money". I started blowing up her phone. She sent me to voicemail for well over an our. I texted her back needing the owners number. She never responded. I never got a phone call about them being at my door for 30 minutes. Terrible customer service on Lori's part. She has a personal problem. She could have offered to drop it off later that day or even the next day because all of the kids were spending the night. She did not care at all. I had 15 kids and even more adults there with no entertainment for them and not enough chairs for everyone either. It was a nightmare. She ruined my sons 6th bday party. Do not use the people ever.
