Delivery and set happened the day prior to the event, which was great…read more They gave clear instructions about how to turn on the inflatable etc. The day of the party, when we flipped the switch on to start inflating the water slide, everything was good. When we turned the water on to start filling the bottom area where guest would eventually slide into, the water cascades out instead of in the actual pool area. We have to undo and redo parts of the velcro attachment to get a downward water flow. The top inner part of the slide was full of mildew. We had to climb up to the area and clean the mold as best as we could before the guests arrived. Everyone had fun but the setup should have had a test run before the setup crew left to make sure everything was working properly. Better cleaning is definitely something they need to look into. After paying over $200, no cleaning or fixing the water should be done by the paying customer. I will go with another rental company in the future.

In the…read morefirst year, the 3 dimensional booth display was a last minute project, and Smash Design artists bent over backwards to have our display completed within days. They even had a guy transport and assemble the display two to three hours prior to our event's start time. Everyone LOVED it! The second year, we chose to order our booth display from Smash again since they came through so well the prior year. Again, they delivered the booth display in a timely manner and it looked AMAZING. For the second year in a row, our booth attracted more traffic at the food festival. We gained so many more customers and had countless compliments on our design. Everyone was impressed, including festival coordinators, customers, and even our competition!! We will certainly be using Smash again for our 2014 food festival!
