We took advantage of the $199 special which would cover the tinting of the doors and the 1/2 back window not already tinted by Tesla. I opted for the hyper-ceramic at an additional cost of ($100). Still, $299 total was a much better price point than the $450 I was getting at other places. On the way home, I noticed some bubbling. I returned the next morning to have the bubbles removed/repaired. The staff was good about explaining the difference between water bubbles and air bubbles and taking care of the issue quickly. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 is because of the bubbling and need to return and because, they didn't clean up after themselves well, the windows are dirty and smudged.. it's a minor gripe (admittedly) but it's also an easy fix and something that the shop could be better at.

There are 5 words that I would like to mention in regards to Josh: fast, excellent work & cheap prices. My daughter took both of our SUV vehicles to him in the morning, and both were done in about 1 1/2 -2 hrs! Impressive! His prices are great! He is a very nice man with a great personality. His shop is located on the right side of the 79th going E/B . The neon green Mustang is on the street right in front of his shop. His shop is more of a Mom n Pop small business, but the savings you experience will be worth it! If you do go, then remember to clean your windows first. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn…read moreothers. I took my Tesla in for window tinting. After waiting 2 hrs for services to be completed immediately noticed bubbling and other defects in the finished work. The owner Manuel explained that the bubbling would settle within a week. It did not. When I brought the car back, the owner Manuel came up with an excuse that they had used "bad gel" during the installation process, which I questioned why they would let me leave initially without fixing the issue or not contact me, because they have my contact, knowing they had installed a defective material. He continued coming up with excuses to avoid dealing with parts of the car, like the back window, saying that the "bad gel" had not been used there, how ironic. After much back and forth he agreed that the tint needed to be removed and redone. At that point, things became very concerning. When I asked if I could observe the process, I was told that the work area was off-limits. While waiting, I checked my Tesla's cameras and discovered that tape had been placed over them, preventing me from seeing what was happening to my vehicle. When I questioned the owner about it, he became defensive and told me to "mind my own business." In his words "to stop chismeando". That it was illegal to watch them place tints on my vehicles windows. That was the moment I lost all confidence in this shop. Between the defective initial installation, the attempt to block my vehicle's cameras, and the owner's rude and unprofessional attitude, I no longer felt comfortable allowing them to continue working on my car. The tint was removed, but when I requested a refund so I could have the work completed elsewhere, the owner refused. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this shop responded with defensiveness, hostility, and behavior that felt incredibly shady. I would not trust them with my vehicle and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for professional, transparent service.
