I have been a customer of a similar service in Brampton, ON for many years, and I was generally satisfied with their work. However, having moved south to the balmy Peninsula, I was looking for a new supplier - and I think I've found one. The price was lower than Brampton, and I think the job was done better - having just moved and having transported people, animals, plants, computers, food, and much more over the course of several weeks, it was a mess. Recently a new more modern automatic bay was installed. I have to wonder if it was in response to the opening of a near by competitor. I found the new automatic bay very easy to use. It did a decent job but I'll reserve my full opinion for the winter months when I'm concerned about removing road salt. Currently there is only one new bay open. Hopefully the rest of this location gets updated to compete with the new competitor.

I've taken quite a few of my cars to this car wash and usually it's okay. But recently taken a…read morevehicle here through the automatic bay and everything was going good until the blow dryers kicked on. As I'm slowing moving forward going through the blow dryers. The right blow dryer snapped the wiper blade cover right off the car. I feel that the blow dryer was maybe on too high or just a little too close. Ironically the owner was there when it happened so I spoke to him about what happened and he proceeded to say that I'm lying on what happened and that it was broken off before I came to the car wash. (It was not) after about a few minutes of talking and him arguing with me on what happened he eventually gave took out a 20$ bill from is pocket and just told me to leave while walking away shaking his head while muttering remarks. Now out this in perspective. You show up to a car wash to get your car washed and the wash damages something on your vehicle you then talk to the person in charge only for them to get mad at you for something their wash did. Literally just such an annoying type of person to deal with.

I have to get a new card to stop the subscription. This is a scam. I am thinking about going to small claims court.
