One 5 star rated company to whom I spoke never got back to me ;( Sam came to our home and provided a quote for two options. We selected one and they scheduled the job for a day in the following week. The crew arrived on time, replaced the gutters around our entryway. They completed the job in a few hours and left everything in A+ shape. After looking at the results, we realized the soffit under the new gutters also needed replacing. Sam came by again and we proceeded with the second job. Once again, excellent work for a reasonable price. I interacted briefly with Chastity in the office and Mike after the second job was completed. Solid company and good communication. Overall it looks great and we couldn't be more pleased!

In short: their power washing service caused paint damage to our lanai and the owner refused to…read moreaccept responsibility and make the situation right. On 9/28/12, we redeemed a Living Social deal we purchased to have our pool cage and pool deck power washed by Under Pressure. We also paid an additional $125 to have the exterior of the home power washed. The owner was present with the crew but did not supervise the cleaning of the lanai specifically where the damage occurred. It is our opinion that water caused drywall damage of the lanai ceiling. Specifically, falling chips of paint in the apex of the ceiling and a piece of tape underneath the paint. This damage occurred during their service, as I had looked over the area carefully beforehand since we recently purchased the home and I replaced light bulbs in the ceiling fan where the damage occurred days before. The damage was immediately noticeable to myself and my fiance when entering the lanai. As a side note, we spent an hour cleaning out the pool because the dirt and debris was washed right into the pool. To top it off, windows on the second floor were still dirty. They did a mediocre job cleaning, regardless of the damage. Repeated calls were made to the owner to resolve this situation, beginning with that day. He refused to accept responsibility for the paint damage during each conversation, stating that he could not understand how it could have happened since they know not to spray drywall because this can happen. An estimate for the repair was provided to the owner by a contractor who we trust. He estimated $150. The owner continued to attest that he did not understand how this could have happened. He refused to help pay for the damage despite claiming he is insured. You are much better off finding another power washing company.

Henry was Johnny-on-the-spot with responding to our initial request and clearly explained his part of our extensive lanai expansion, including the cage replacement we would need. Henry and his team went above and beyond in coordinating with the paver company, and they did a great job keeping our new decking free of metal filings and other debris throughout the process. If only every team of workers were as collaborative and communicative--not only with each other, but with the customer! That kind of coordination and professionalism really stood out to us. SIDE NOTE: Literally the day after completion, a "severe thunderstorm" blew through--and our cage is still standing! We actually watched the panoramic screen support bow in the strong winds. No doubt we'll call Henry for reassurance, but we're confident they stand behind their work and will make sure the framing remains sound and secure. We would absolutely recommend 2H Rescreening to anyone looking for a professional, responsive, and conscientious team!
