I've been a few times & although it was never near one of the better massages I've received, it was enough for the low price (only reason I didn't give 1 star which was more appropriate due to my experience). My issues/concerns are ... They use lotion from a jar which is very unsanitary for them to dip their fingers into this jar w/each client. They don't use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I can't help but feel they don't wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to 'warming' up your muscles. The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation. This is such inappropriate & unprofessional behavior. Once she saw the shock look on my face, she smiled as if that softens her inexcusable request. Unfortunately, I will never go to this business again & will recommend others refrain as well.

I personally called beforehand and as soon as I walked through the door, everything was prepped. I truthfully aim to go back as soon as possible! I think the thing that moved my rating up to 5/5 stars is the fact the woman who was giving me my massage was so incredibly kind and she did an amazing job too!
