Serendipity had located on 3rd Street and the space is extraordinary. One walks in and feels the positive vibes. A friendly, welcoming smile adds yet more to the first moments. After making sure of my desires, the session began. I had opted for an hour and a half. Wonderful! What one looks for in massage is very personal, but the single therapist there (through a short chat and skill) seems instinctive in her methods to one's great satisfaction. The short stay in Sturgeon Bay has started off fantastically!

Unfortunately I forget the ladies name that massaged me but…read moreshe was super sweet and explained everything to me as she was doing it, but for the most part was silent. It was a Swedish style full body massage. Not gonna lie some parts hurt but I think it's just because those parts are where I'm the most knotted/tense. My face started to tingle halfway through it. She also gave me water afterwards. It's average priced compared to other massage places but definitely worth it for like a monthly self care day. I also had forgot my necklace there and they responded to me really quick and I was able to get it back fast.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Omg I have never experienced something like this before…read more They charge $60 for a one hour massage. My massage was finished and I tipped the girl 20 percent. She looked at me and said 'I need more money. All the money you paid for the massage goes to my boss not me' . I thought she was kidding. I GAVE HER 20 PERCENT!!!! She truly made me give her more money!!! I felt bullied and that I was a cheapskate, and I'm not. Don't tell me you are working for free and none of that massage money went to you. I walked out of there not even thinking about the massage I just got but how horrible she made me feel. I get massages all the time... and I have never been treated this way. Very peaceful indeed. The entire staff treats you in the most kind & gentle manner. As for the massage... it was outstanding. It didn't take her long to get my muscles relaxed, which is unusual as I tend to be very tense. To my pleasure, she had my entire body very relaxed and malleable in a short period of time. By the end, I was totally relaxed and drifting in and out of consciousness. The session we had was early morning, yet I was able to feel the positive effects of this session all day long.
